Sound quality not great, no bass at all, mostly a tinny sound. Would be great for spoken content, but not for music. Unfortunately there is no firmware update or similar to improve or change sound quality.To advance to next song you tap the Volume Down (-) button, kind of counter intuitive.Also, upon receiving my headphones, there was an insert directing me to their web site to "...get a special report that shows you how to get better results with this product! Plus get exclusive access to future discounts, by registering.". OK, who wouldn't want to get better results from their product? But there was no registration option there nor any report as to how to get better results... the main point seems to be an offer to purchase another set of these headphones at a cheaper price. For my own curiosity, tried it but it just took me to Amazon - and the price there was higher than stated and their discount code didn't work.

I bought these with a little skepticism, and when I received them, all of that completely went away!!! These are amazing. I can't wait to try them underwater. They were packaged perfectly and I absolutely loved the box they came in! They were packaged so as no damages could've affected them and came faster than predicted. The fact that they are water proof, so when I'm working out and sweating, makes a world of a difference. I plan on buying these for a few family members for gifts! Great buy!!!

Hands down the best money I have spent. I was really iffy about them after reading other reviews and wondering if they will fall out of my years, as many others did, but I am a very happy customer.* sounds quality is surprisingly great for what I am listening to (talk radio).* very long battery life, almost lasted the entire day listening to talk radio at work.* earbuds stayed in; did not fall out of my ears. I usually have trouble with that.* pairing was easy; my phone quickly recognized the earbuds.* Bluetooth connection stays solid, does not interrupts.* Range is pretty good - about 50 feet.Overall, great product. Shipped fast.

I have broke 3 sets of sweat proof bluetooth earbud. I decided to look for a bluetooth that is rated for swimming use. This set is truly sweat proof. I did not use for swimming, so I can't tell you if the are submergible. But did use cold water to rinse them after workout. And dry them off immediately. The charge port is not 100% sealed from rinsing. I do notice small drops of water around the charging port and under the seal plug after rinsing. So I make sure when I rinse it the charge port is push and held in by a finger.

These are NOT for swimming! You lose connection in water. Too bad I ordered these the same day a question was answered about being able to use these in water. I'm almost certain I saw a picture of somebody swimming with these when I made the purchase. Now I see a picture of somebody riding a horse. False advertising?? I tried all 3 plug sizes and they did not hold in well while jogging on the treadmill. I'm giving this a 2 star because they did stay in my ears when I went mountain biking. I didn't think the sound quality was that great. Very little bass sound.

They are nice headphones with good sound quality. They have one major downfall though. Their range with bluetooth is pretty low at the best of times. Normally wouldn't be a problem but I bought these to swim with. They can't pick up the bluetooth signal from my phone from my pocket underwater. Or even underwater with my phone in my hand.

Chineeeese!!! Chinese made Chinese instruction (I think they translate to the american. So if can no work please depress off multifunction knob. ) They must have a substitute for what we would call ears.
