Rain Bird MSDMSPKIT Drip Irrigation Micro-Spray Flower Bed Watering Kit

Well an update. The company did send a replacement kit. Still a cheaply designed product that I would not buy again but they were good to their word and I can water my garden.Initially I was really excited about this kit and began setting it up in my garden. However, after spending a fair amount of time putting the kit together , cutting the tubing, and placing the micro sprayers in my garden, I discovered the plastic quick connect necessary to connect the garden hose was broken. The instructions that came with the set said in any parts were missing to call 1-800-RAINBIRD, and so I called hoping to buy a replacement part. The csr was polite but informed me that the product should be returned to Amazon since it was within the 30 day window. I said yes, I’m a member if Amazon Prime and I know I can take the whole thing out of my garden, box it up and return it, but I don’t want to do that, I want a replacement part so I can use the irrigation system I spent a lot of time setting up in my garden. I was the told that for that set they DO NOT HAVE REPLACEMENT PARTS. Then why do the instructions say if something is missing, call the company, if there are no replacement parts?? Finally as a goodwill gesture the csr said they would send me an entire new kit. So I was happy. I would switch out the bad connector for the new one and finally be able to use the product to water my garden. That was a week ago. So far, no new kit. So I give the product one star. New, out-of-the-box it never worked due to the cheap plastic quick connect. I’ve ordered a brass quick connect from Amazon hoping it will work with the kit. At this point I’m not very optimistic. Definitely I won’t buy anything else made by Rainbird.

I needed a small sprinkler system for my backyard flower bed. It's unevenly sloped and watering by hand caused the water to pool, resulting in some of my plants not getting water at all. This package solved that problem. Came in 2 days perfectly packaged. Was very easy to set up. Instructions were very easy to follow and got it set up in 20 minutes. I used 4 sprinklers only and it distributed the water perfectly among all of my plants. The puddling in the photos is just the slope of the hill but the water can reach all sections. Highly recommend!

This is a deal for the $. Maybe you can find it a little bit cheaper elsewhere, but its Amazon, love the frustration free return policy. Always done me right for problems with errors. It happens to the best of companies. Its better than Digg products, which I used at my last house, in the quality of tubes, as well as the design for ease of attaching pieces together. Really good engineering design from my standpoint. Have a few plants I was going to need some watering while I was gone out of town for about 2 weeks. Didn't want to have this task assigned to any one person, so decided to get 2x of these (front and back yard), and 2 of the Orbit Single-Dial Water Timers. Eazy, Peazy, Smart and Teazy! Rain Bird, also use for my sprinkler heads and LOVE the quality. Always worth the extra $.

I ordered a Rain Bird MSDMSPKIT Drip Irrigation from Amazon. Reviews were horrible that correct parts were not sent etc etc. Much against my better judgement I ordered the item. True to form the nozzle adapters did not fit into micro spray nozzles. The diameter of nozzle adapters were much more than that of the nozzles. Either the nozzles were of a smaller diameter or the adapters were of a bigger diameter.I have reordered the item by returning what I received and hope the new kit has the correct parts.

I use three of these kits with the Orbitz beehyve automatic faucet heads to water three large garden beds.

This is a great product. I am a newbie at this and i was able to get up and running in less than an hoir. My only grief with it is that if you have multiple small lanscaping areas a lot of the 1/4" piping is wasted. Wish Rainbird would sell the staked manifold separately. Still highly recommended for a straightforward solution to getting ur plants watered effeciently.

I am sure there are better kits and better ways to do all of this but as a first timer to this, I found it to be perfect for what I was trying to do and quite cheap as well. It works great so far

So, based on the previous reviews, I was quite skeptical of ordering this; however, I'm glad I did! I got the exact product I order, the Micro Spray Flower Bed Watering Kit. On top of that, it only took me 30 to complete the installation in my garden. I LOVE IT! Way better that using large sprinklers. In combination with my Orbit timer, this works perfectly. I did have to call and get a replacement spray head because one doesn't quite work right but Kelly, from Amazon support, was amazing in helping get that done.

I ordered this product yesterday and was extremely pleased that it arrived by around noon today. Unbelievable!Upon immediately opening the package and examining the contents, I noticed that the metal stake that all the components are affixed to was missing. All pictures show this metal stake but it was not listed as components that this package contains. It looks as though you attach your garden hose to the stake and then attach the pressure compensation manifold to the stake so that water can be distributed to the sprinkler emitters. A pretty important part to be missing or not included. It is seen in all the photos on both Amazon and the packaging, but us not in the box.I am reaching out to the seller to see about getting this part or having this item returned. Everything else seems to be in the package. I hope to update my review

It took about 30 sec to completely water a four tier flower tower. It evenly distributes water. A good buy for the price that was advertised. Too bad that the price increased by CDN $10 soon after I purchased.

My wife and I tried to install the watering kit this weekend and we had a bunch of problems including the stop valve not working correctly and the product broking during installation. I'd be careful buying this given that most of the components are plastic it seems to be prone to breaking easily.

Just received my order yesterday and as unboxing realized product had already been opened and taped back up. We decided to look through package to make sure all parts were still included and very disappointed that pieces are missing so unable to hook up. Will be returning!
