Exactly as advertised

This was a gift for my father-in-law, who loves his treats. The vendor's gift package was lovely, displaying all the hot chocolate flavors nicely. But, ONCE AGAIN, Amazon shipped a crushable item in an envelope, which damaged the gift box.I give the vendor and the gift 5 STARS, but took one star off because, in spite of repeatedly notifying Amazon customer service that Amazon warehouses are shipping breakable / crushable items in envelopes, it continues to happen.

I am surprised at how good this cocoa is! My daughter and I purchased this as a gift, but when we examined the flavors in the box, we could not resist trying one! I am so glad we did! Absolutely delicious! Then, my husband came along wanting to know what all of the fuss was about and he tried one too. He also loved it! I had mine with steamed oatmilk, while my daughter had regular 2% milk. She said it was the “best cocoa ever!”We will definitely buy this product again!

Only 9 of the boxes actually have a hot chocolate mix. The other boxes contain stale marshmallows, chocolate chips and mini candy canes. There are no directions for how much or what type of liquid (milk?, water?)to use, but no matter what I try, I just end up with a cup full of disappointment. I don’t recommend this product at all.

This product is very 'giftable' as individual items, HOWEVER, NOTE: THERE ARE ONLY 8, NOT 12, PACKETS OF HOT COCOA INCLUDED. 4 of the 12 are TOPPINGS, not hot chocolate! The labeling/product count is a LIE and the price per item is 1/4 higher given I can only gift 8, not 12, of the items as you can't give someone 'toppings' only. The product description should CLEARLY STATE THERE ARE 8 HOT COCOA PACKETS, NOT 12!!!

Only nine of the boxes have small pouches of mix. There are no directions. The pouches only make a watery gross drink even with just 1/2 cup of water. Don’t waste your money!

Pretty wasteful packaging, the mix itself was dry and clumped and very little in the package. Did not taste great either.
