Great for Price
Most people want $1,000 results with $20. For the price I believe it does a superb job. I use this a over top of a cheaper 12 x 12 foam. I screwed this over top and got phenomenal results. I layered this product in my studio booth and got good results. Again, I used this as a final layer over a cheaper foam.

Not the most dense, but can help in some situations.
The material feels about average for entry-level foam in terms of density and springiness. They won't work miracles, but they can help take some of the high frequency zing out of a room that is a little too live. After unpacking from the bags, they took about two days to fluff up to the full thickness. They are advertised as "100% odorless" but that plainly isn't right. The initial odor wasn't overpowering but it took about two weeks to mostly dissipate, and nearly a month later they can still be noticed when you get right next to them.

Decent but some quality issues
Ordered these for a practise space where we have a few different types of acoustic treatment. They took a very long time to fully expand, and the strong smell lingers after five months so we have had them on the ceiling. For that area we needed to attach them to another layer of two inch foam underneath to make enough difference. Because of the smell I would not recommend.

Good price and thicker than most.
You get a lot, it's easy to cut, it's basic pyramid foam for noise dampening. It works. It's thicker than most. Don't gotta buy it small squares. It's a decent price for what it is. Takes a few hours to unsquish though. Which isn't that big of an issue. A bit of squishing of it manually, may make it quicker, that's what I did. Not sure if it did or not. It works though.

Large panels, easy to work with and work well at what they're intended for.
We used these in our "home theater" room and they've done exactly what they're intended to do... Dampening "echo" and reverb. Not self adhesive panels and they are kinda thin, but that makes them easy to work with.

Ample sound treatment panels
Many of the acoustic panels out there are small (12x12 inches) and thin (1 inch thick) egg carton or pyramid squares. I was pleased to find these larger panels. It's the same style pattern as you'd find elsewhere, and it can be cut easily if you need the versatility of the squares. There is nothing more effective to my ears for dampening sound than pyramid foam, and at twice the thickness of most other panels, it works even better.Note that you'll still need something to affix it to the walls and ceiling, since there was no included adhesive backing. I like spray adhesive to attach foam to cardboard sheets, and then using Command Strips to attach to the wall.

Excellent sound dampening
While I love the look of a flat acoustic tile, nothing beats a pyramid foam (short of Noise Grabber) for sound dampening. You should be aware this does not come with any kind of adhesive. Are used double sided tabs and needed quite a few because of the ceiling application. Since these are single large pieces, they do carry more weight and will essentially need the same amount of adhesive as if you were applying individual smaller squares. It’s nice not to have to line up, small squares, and to get a heck of a lot more coverage in one application.I am particularly fond of the pyramid design, as it has been more effective for me.I had to knock off a star because one of the pieces did not have a straight edge. At first, I thought it had been crushed and just needed time to reform but after plenty of time, it did not recover, and it actually feels like it had been burned in the shrink wrap process.I’m going to cut it up and use it as a filler piece instead.Other than that, everything else was excellent.
