Demiawaking DC 6V/12V Mini Cabinet Door Drawer Latch Electric Lock Assembly Solenoid

Although smaller than i had expected/ hoped for they seem ideal for desk drawers etc .May still find a use for them

As it is a solenoid it was assumed to be DC operated. It does not work so it is AC operated which meand a transformerBadly specified will not buy again

I wish it came with bigger surface area and more mounting holes so I can securely put it on a lockable fridge I'm making so nobody can get in except me.

OK for the money but I bench tested them and neither of the two I bought would pull in at 6 volts, one was intermittent at 9 volts and they were both ok at 12 volts.
