Easy fit repair
British Gas were unable to provide me with a kit and recommended that I have a Smart Meter fitted! I DO NOT WANT ONE. Trawling the net I found this kit. Very easy to fit (I only needed the top pin). Thoroughly recommended

Great replacement meter box hinges
For some reason, our meter box only ever had one hinge on it so, when the second hinge got deformed, I looked up how to install new hinges on YouTube and promptly ordered this pack. It's a simple and straightforward install - I gently tapped the straight hinge into place with a small hammer, but the sprung hinge fit tightly by hand.I took one star off because the straight hinge in this pack is more hollow than the original straight hinge that came with the meter box, so I'm not sure how long that will last, but so far, so good.

Worked a treat!
Fixed my box after the wind blew it open and cracked the hinge holes. This went in no problem and was good as new.

Easy to obtain and fit to existing meter box door.
I used this item to replace the existing one which had disappeared into the moulding around the meter box door. The new one is far better than the original because it has a solid pin for the top and a spring loaded one for the bottom, brilliant idea.

Trying to repair broken hinges in outside wall meter but dropped the part - not magnetic so very difficult to recover - be aware!
