10 Rolls Tesa's Most Advanced High Heat Harness Tape 51036 Mercedes, BMW, Audi, VW

Great adhesion. Once its on, it stays in place. Holds under steady temperature changes. We run quite a bit voltage through the wires these are wrapped around and they stand up to it day after day. We work in a sitting where things have to be held to a certain standard, and out of several they tried years ago, this is what they chose and have stayed with.

This is a huge time saver when insulating sharp exposed live electrical parts. It doesn’t stretch or tear, unlike some of the high grade, super expensive vinyl tapes. I think this stuff is much more superior to the vinyl tapes because this stuff is so strong you cant even tear it with your hands, a knife must be used

This tape is fantastic!!! Do not think that this is a very sticky electrical tape, IT IS NOT! This is a phenomenal everything automotive restoration, hot rod, daily driver, race car, british and Harley vibrators, put it anywhere on them tape. You start and finish the wire wrapping by starting about 2" below where you want to start and work away from the start to where you want it to actually start by overlapping both the start and finish ends, thats all you need to do and it will stick to its self. Use about 20% overlap as you wrap. Used it 2 years ago on a 1968 Newport Convertible and the engine bay still looks factory. Also used it on a couple porsches inside and under the hood as well.

Have always had good luck with this product but one of the rolls the adhesive was faulty. Ordered it too long ago to do a return.

Protests and sticks. No comparison to vinyl tape it’s that much better.

I bought this for my Painless wiring harness install. The high temp stuff vs non are very different but that makes sense. I have keep my tape in a warm place or stored indoors per other reviews and I have had no adhesion issues. It looks factory and is great protection. I didn't like that I have to cut this tape with scissors but I would rather it be strong in the long run vs easy to install.
