Chainsaw with pole
I was very wary at first. The first item I tried, that was similar to this, never worked.I'm really impressed with this saw.It comes fully assembled and the batteries are charged. It's light weight and easy to use. It cuts through my 4in limbs with ease.Great chain saw.

Great Purchase After Using it Once!
I tried the saw out for the first time today. At first I thought I may have made a mistake; the blade kept snagging when I'd start to cut. However, I finally realized it was my fault. I was starting the saw moving before I put it on the limb ... as I was supposed to do, but I was trying to cut out toward the end of the chain. I realized later that just behind the wide part of the blade is a stop. If I laid the blade on the limb at the widest part ... just in front of the stop, the stop would hold the limb and keep it from jumping, snagging, or stopping. After than, it worked great. Don't know how many cuts I made, but I cut oak and cedar and it cut smoothly. The battery was still going when I finally decided to stop. Took it in and charged it.The handle is amazingly sturdy; it is not hard to wield. The hardest thing to do is to try to get the blade between close limbs ... you just have to cut from the top down. If I am able to get all the limbs cut into smaller pieces to make my wife happy, it will have been worth the price!Second time working with this tool. Worked through both batteries...then gave it up. I will say that there are some plants that don't cut well with this (and I assume it would be the same for any other mini chainsaw) and that is a soft, small diameter vine type growth. Even trying to step on one end and stretch the other resulted in the tool jumping and jerking. This could result in an accident! Be careful!

Workin' Good
I got this to trim back a lot of branches that hang down when snow and ice get in them during the winter. This is a good saw, easy to put together on the extender pole and it's great that it comes with two batteries. Also - the simple mechanism to tighten the chain is great and so easy to use, and it's nice that they give you a little plastic bottle to fill with chain oil - one that fits well into the small oil reservoir. The saw is not noisy at all - no ear protection is necessary. The pole and saw together are slightly heavy - but manageable and the harness shoulder strap helps. But I was also able to hold the entire thing over my head at an angle to reach one high branch. It cuts well once you get the hang of how to position it on top of a branch. I am happy with this purchase. It is perfect for my occasional use needs.

This is a solid piece of equipment
My apologies for my feedback yesterday. This is a fantastic piece of equipment. I’ll add more later due to the heat tomorrow will be using it. I really hate limbs in the face. I’m somewhat short at 5’7” so the pole which I noticed is spring loaded to extend. I’ve been through 2 different saws. First was a cheep one and burnt up after a day. 2nd one was a bit better but had to return it. Another cheep one. The trigger broke completely out on it.This one is more solid feeling and the trigger is better. Hand held or on the pole, I do recommend these, I did buy extra chains and this one impressed me with an oiler. Please these are not toys. Children should not be allowed to play with this at all. I’ve operated chainsaws most of my life. This can and will hurt you. I use heavy leather gloves. I got bit with the first cheep one, so please read instructions and be safe. I did do the bundle with extra chains and bar oil. I highly suggest getting you one if you have a lot of trees. I hate them in the face. More on how it works and performance. I got carried away with it. Had a twist issue but disconnected battery and ran the chain back and forth tighten it up and went back to work. I always read reviews as such I try to touch all the bases. Took just a bit to charge ran about 2 hours to drain and that’s almost straight. Went halfway through the next and had to stop due to heat and the fact I now have 5 acres of limbs to pickup now. With the money. Good oiler you are the pump. Extra chain and I would never ever use those gloves with a saw as such. They might help stop the bleeding. Get good leather gloves and be safe. After yard work this is one tough saw. I’ve put this thing through the works. Well worth the money. Let it set for a bit. My chargers and batteries come inside for charging. After running it, it works long enough for me. Health issues. YOU HAVE TO CHARGE THEM Every time you use them. Make sure both of them are up. When you use one up. Put it on the charger. It works for me. Again I’m never in a hurry with yard work.

Love it!
It’s a great little saw, battery lasts a long time. Blade cuts like butter. Instructions were a little vague. I had to google some things. I love it!!!
