Great Laptop!
I love this laptop! Display is clear and a great size for my office at home! Keys are big and easy to type on. Great bang for your buck! Thinking about buying an additional one.

Love this laptop
My grandma bought this laptop for me so I can complete my school courses for college!You may come across other comments/Reviews that are saying you can’t install apps outside of Microsoft. That’s not true. All you have to do is turn off S mode. Then you can install apps like google chrome outside of Microsoft. Keep in mind though, when you turn off S mode you can’t turn it back on.

Disappointed in HP Products
I'm online seeking to purchase another laptop. This would be the second HP laptop on the outs. I bought this one because my previous HP PC can't keep a charge without being plugged up to the charger. I've had it for about three years before buying this model.I bought this laptop, rarely used it until April 2024. I noticed the laptop had been shutting down (blue screen) on it's own out of nowhere. I received an HP pop-up to update (Feb 2025). I ignored it for about a week but finally clicked OK/restart now. Now, the laptop has been looping in restarting 'undoing an install.' I installed nothing and only attempted to finally update the system per the message I received. Now, the system is corrupt, and I'm not able to even factory reset.I have a Dell desktop, but it's way too slow even for a toddler with nothing but time on his hand. I'll take a break from HP products for now. Bummer!

Not user friendly
P.O.S.! Hp laptop keyboard different from my last Hp laptop. Also, not particularly responsive. Haven't connected to a wireless mouse yet. I'll report back when I do. Right now, I'm thinking I'll try Dell or some other brand on my next purchase.
