Doesn't grab you
Some interesting insight to what happens during training but overall the film fails too keep your attention. I actually had to look up the plot to remind me what the film was about, rather telling as I only watched it three days ago.

Memorable
Really enjoyed this film. From a very different perspective of the astronaut preparation for spaceflight. Gruelling and very male orientated! Well cast but unfortunately the English subtitles didn’t work which is always a downer for this household.

Superb work
Unexpected and underrated. Fantastic story about a brilliant woman negotiating between her love for and responsibilities to her daughter and her work as an astronaut. Beautifully nuanced. Eva Green's best work to date.

Very slow film, not science fiction at all
French language with English subtitlesSlow film with scenes getting ready for normal space orbit flightGratuitous partial nudity not necessary for storyOnly good part was the daughter who was best actor in the filmNo science fiction since all technologies already long developed in space industry

Rather Boring
Not much of a story here. Despite the excellent cast, Ms Winocour has written & directed a rather mellow, uninteresting film. Ironically the Archive pictures at the end are more interesting than the film itself. What a pity!
