Q: Does it look gray irl?

Yes, why wouldn't it look gray? I would think that's the easy part. The hard part of making his would be getting the blood and gore right. Eye color is simple.

Q: Can this eye be stored in liquid without ruining it?

I used this as a prop in a music video, I had it covered in fake blood and no issues. In fact it's an amazing prop, the eye is plastic and the flesh is rubber. You should have no problems storing. In water.

Q: Is the eyeball made of glass or is it squishy?

It is not squishy, but not glass either. Plastic, I think, but realistic. I love mine! They arrive in a Bio-hazard bag!
