Currently The Best Deal For This Watch
At the time of writing this review, this watch is going for $15 with free shipping, sold and shipped by "DB Time". Currently, it's a few dollars more to buy it directly from Amazon or through another listing, so I decided to take a chance with an unfamiliar merchant. I'm happy to say I received a genuine Casio F91W, complete with the extremely tiny "U" printed underneath the text "RESIST" on the bottom right corner of the watch's face. My package was shipped from California by USPS, and arrived in Wisconsin in 4 days.

My husband refuses to wear any other watch
Watch works great! Waterproof so my husband can take it anywhere. I’ve tried to get him other watches but he claims this watch is the best watch he’s ever had and will continue to keep buying them!

Great Watch but no hourly time signal
Everything about the watch is good. There is no hourly time signal. I like that it has the stopwatch function, alarm, light, and the calendar.

Modern Tech For A Modern Age
I had thought that I had it all. I upgraded my typewriter to a word processing machine, bought a new BetaMax, and go running with my Walkman. But now, I also have a digital watch for the ages. It has a light, and alarm, and everything. It probably would survive if we were nuked by the commies. The future is now.

This Watch Is Tiny!
I kid you not! I am in my late 60's and have worn watches my entire life. I have a very small wrist and have a great dislike for large and bulky watches.Just a couple of weeks ago, I purchased a Timex on sale here. It is a 38mm diameter case. This is as large as I care to wear. Years back, I wore a Submariner, but I was a diver. It was perfect for diving but clunky to wear otherwise.I only had one other digital watch and that was about 40-years ago. It was similar to one in a James Bond movie, normal size.Just happened to be looking at these now classic digital Seiko's. Bought this one on a lark for $12 on sale. Received it today. Taking it out of the box, I noticed it was tiny! Not really a complaint but it looks like the size watch I might wear in the fifth or sixth grade.Today, with the trend for excessively large watches, I can't really imagine a watch this small. I don't think you could have a watch any smaller and still be practical.I am writing this as a "first impressions" review. I think this is an important consideration for anyone thinking about this particular watch. You really can't grasp how small this watch is by looking at the photos. The width dimension is 34.6mmAbout everyone I know has a larger wrist than me. I would therefore, recommend a larger model. Both the W-217 and the W-218 are the larger (about 5mm) improved versions of this watch. They both greatly benefit from a larger screen with larger numbers, 50-meters of water resistance and a much better "Illuminator" backlash. They can usually be bought for around $17, only a couple of dollars more.I put it on and tightened the strap. After looking it over, I decided the strap was too tight. I loosened it a notch, then another notch.Counting, I see that it could be tightened another eight notches. I think you would have to be in kindergarten to wear this watch tightened all the way.Glancing at a few other reviews, there were two that specifically mention how small this band is. They kid you not! There is only three more notches to enlarge the band.If you have a "bell curve", I don't think the majority of average adult males could wear this watch. The band would be way too small!I just have it adjusted so that it is not putting pressure on my wrist. It is still staying in one place. It is not dangling like a bracelet.Just to illustrate, I placed it on my wrist next to my 38mm Timex. The digital numbers are only about the same size as the analog numbers on the Timex (Also from Amazon). Usually the benefit from digital numbers is that they are large for easy viewing?Watch looks fine and appears to be completely operational. Just most would be better served with a larger size model and strap. Rating is only based on the size, nothing else.

Great watch. Excellent value for money!
Disclaimer; I’m not elderly or a child. I am a grown adult who just needed a good and reliable watch on the cheap after breaking a smartwatch. Now you’ve read my disclaimer I can tell you that this watch is absolutely ideal under many circumstances. It might not go great with a suit or a nice dress, but for daily use it’s fantastic. It keeps time brilliantly. The alarm function is half decent however I don’t often use it. I just find the alarm on my phone easier to use.The tiny led light on the screen is okay but doesn’t really provide much to towards the watch. If you were in pitch black then it would show you the time, but that’s about it.Overall a great watch, comfortable on the wrist and great value for money, but I wouldn’t rely on the extra features.
