You will love it.Please note i`m not a salesman but a consumer and like to be honest. This is a game changer and a wonderful customer support service in the UK iff you need help.BUY IT TODAY A GREAT LONG-TERM INVESTMENT.

Brilliant heater. Absolutely love it.
Absolutely love this heater. Have used it to heat my hot tub from scratch and instead of waiting 24 hrs to get in I was in within an hour. Amazing. Easy to build with a great video to help and easy to set up in the garden to start the heating process. The customer service was exceptional and on hand for the many questions I asked as I was so nervous having no experience with this type of product. Nothing was too much trouble!Yes it’s seems expensive but I envisage it lasting many years so the pay back will come especially with the price of electricity at the moment. I can’t fault the heater at all.The only suggestion I would add would be to include some extra photos of how the heater looks once it’s attached to the gas etc as I was unsure what to do (however again customer service was great and solved my questions.)I’m a 40 + lady that built it and set it up all by myself so if I can do it so can you! Marks out of 10 for the product 11! You won’t regret it.

Game changer (with some mods)
As owners of a small glamping business the supa heater really has made our lives much easier and is well worth every penny. However we have adapted it slightly by removing the inline filter at the heater inlet (which kept getting blocked) and installing a better (finer) pump filter (the one on the front of the pump) which cost about £15. We’ve also mounted it on a heavy duty trolley as it gets dragged across uneven ground regularly and the original wheels weren’t up to it. The only other thing to remember is that if you live somewhere very cold in the winter (anything below 2-3 degrees C), the 19kg propane bottles will lose ALOT or pressure when falling anything below 1/2 full, and the regulator can also start to struggle. This can cause the heater to shut down. We solve this by spraying hot water from the red hose (while heating the tub) onto the regulator and bottle, which brings the pressure back up. You can use 13 kg bottles but they will lose pressure faster, but probably ok in the summer.

Heats up the hot tub in about 1.5 hours from cold at a fraction of the cost of electricity
We have saved a lot by using this kit. It needs big gas bottles 19kg or bigger, because the gas flow is restricted on smaller bottles. There are 2 modes. Mode 1 if you are filling the hot tub. Mode 2 if you are reheating the water in the tub. We turn our hot tub on, set the electric temperature as low as possible and let the water filter and circulate. In mode 2, Put the 2 hoses form the supa into the tub as far as possible apart. Start the pump. Start the heater. Check it is flowing. Close the lid with the pipes under the cover. We monitor the temp using a floating thermometer with a remote display (£25 ebay). After it is up to temp turn off the supa and remove the pipes. If used daily it only has to heat up a few degrees. We turn the electric off after we have used the tub. We keep the supa indoors…and it is heavy to move. It needs 2 13A plugs for the pump and the boiler. We have quick connects for the gas bottle (Amazon) that means we can leave the bottle outside. There is quite a bit of construction needed when the supa is delivered. Phoned up for help and got good support. Basically it is a combi boiler on wheels. Payback for us is 18 months.

Wonderful bit of kit
I purchased this heater because my 10K hot tub had sat in the garden for the last year being unused due to the cost of electricity. I saw this heater on a FB page that I followed and thought it would be worth trying.Well I am certainly not disappointed with it.. took me 1 hour to put together in the freezing cold! It’s all set up today and filling the hot tub direct from the garden tap at 36Deg. Once full I will switch over the mode and boost it ti 40 deg and jump in the tub! This is a brilliant bit of kit, that allows you to use your hot tub at a fraction of the cost. I am l so looking forward to being able to wash the dogs down when we return from a muddy walk with warm water, they will appreciate that!I am also planning on connecting to the jet wash so I can clean the patio and furniture ready for the new season.I took, lots of uses.

Fantastic product
Do you remember the fable the cow jumped over the moon, I'm that cow, I,m over the moon with this productDoes exactly what it says on the tin, due to medical conditions and due to age my hot tub serves as hydrotherapy for me meaning the water needs to be hot cheaply

Heater
Bit of time needed to assemble “read the additional idiot guide in the box”. Works very well as sold. Gets water to a decent temperature in mode 1 then mode 2 can give it a little boost if needed. Messaged a query to supa support and answered within 20 mins…amazing support well done. Also comes with a gas fitting that fits 8mm rubber gas pipe (doesn’t look like it would but it does

Brilliant bit of kit
Heats up within 1.5 hours. Really sturdy bit of kit. Well made. Expensive but was using £12 of electric to heat up before so wasn’t using it last year much but now we can decide to go in when ever we want. Give it two hours and we are in. Will get the purchase money back I guess in one year and then your saving every time.
