Quality product without the oily taste!
Phenomal product. Gives you all of the benefits of high quality MCT oil without the oily taste! Blends very well with my morning coffee, allowing to maintain ketosis and doesn't disrupt my intermittent fasting. One of my biggest pet peeve's was the taste of MCT oil in my coffee and foods. For some reason MCT oil has an extra oiliness to it so it deterred me from using it as much. Luckily this powder doesn't have that taste at all. After a week of use, I have measured my beta hydroxybuterate levels and they are indeed in ketosis levels so I know this product is working.

I was skeptical upon purchase, but I really like it. I put it on my meats and I like the texture it adds. It can be used on veggies or in coffee as well.

This chemical ate up my styrofoam cup of coffee. Imagine what it does to your body. Nope. Nope nope nope. Going in the trash.

Very handy since it is a powder
I love having MTC oil I do not have to refrigerate. So handy. It is a bit grainy, does not dissolve smoothly, so i give it a whirl with my little stick blender in the cup. Don't have your cup too full with this idea! Use a big one. I think the benefits of MTC oil are worth going to a bit of extra trouble.
