BBQ?
This was dissapointing for a bbq. I had expected better quality for the price. Alot of hardware was missing. There is no means of grease draining so it all has to be mopped out by hand. The grills weren't trimmed properly so the doors won't close tight and that allows alot of heat to escape. If your are looking for a low and slow bbq, keep looking.

Nice BBq over all but...
Couple of parts upon putting together did not line up quiet right meaning drilling and filing to make fit. Also is supplied by a very pointless/crumby thermometer that does not give you an actual temperature

Some bolts missing and doesn't seal very well - works well though
This is a big heavy barbie. As the subject says, some bolts were missing and a few washers (pence from Screwfix to sort but a pain). Some smoke escapes out from the hatches which is less than ideal. It is easy to keep a steady temperature over a long period when using charcoal in the firebox and using as a smoker. The temperature gauge is functional but does not give the actual temperature so you will probably want to replace it - it only says warm - ideal - hot.If you are a newbie to smoking like me, then read up on it first - it takes ages. Think 5-6 hours to do a rack of ribs and you will go through a fair amount of charcoal. Also those silly little wood chips sold in the UK garden centres will not do - they only last a short while, which is fine for ordinary BBQ cooking but not smoking. You need fist sized lumps for that.It works well as an ordinary BBQ for direct heat cooking. You can use just the firebox and/or the main chamber for lots of food.

Unable to contact the Supplier
It took me three hours to assemble this BBQ only to find that there were 3 x nuts and bolts missing and one handle bracket was warped. Nevertheless I used it hoping to be sent the items later. After use the temperature gauge in the lid smoked up and was unable to be read. After numerous emails to Amazon they told me that the missing/damaged items were unable to be supplied.Amazon said that the BBQ would be collected without me having to dis-mantle it...next day YODEL arrived to collect it and wouldn't take it because it wasn't boxed. I again contacted Amazon who said they would contact City Link to collect it. They arrived this morning and said he couldn't get it on his vehicle because it was full !!! It's now 1617 hrs but I suppose there's time yet. I will NEVER DEAL WITH LANDMANN again.J P Watts (Mr.)PS City Link didn't arrive by close of play at 1730 hrs.....it just gets worse !!!

Cheaply made and poorly compnstructed.
Cheaply made and poorly compnstructed. Wooden handles split and screws holding them on all fell out. Had to use wire to put them back on due to splitting of wood. Started to rust before 1 year. Temperature gauge filled with water and condensation within 3 months. Bbq well and is large enough for many people.
