60L Galvanised Steel Bin Metal Rubbish Indoor/Outdoor Home Heavy Duty

It was shorter than I expected, but still a very decent size. Holds a standard bin liner no problems, looks ultra trendy in my kitchen and I know the lid will last far longer than the standard plastic flip top lids you get on regular kitchen bins. Infact the lid resembles more of a gladiator shield, it's so tough and sturdy. I know it's just a bin and nothing to get too rock n Roll about, but I'm pleased 😊😊😊

Bin fell apart after less than a month. Do not expect a refund or replacement from the seller. Despite requesting either I have received nothing.

What can I say - its a bin! But had numerous bins in utility area , and each ones lid broke somehow or other , didn't matter how cheap or expensive it was , so already had one of these elsewhere , and they are pretty much indestructible, so went for this smaller size, does exactly what it says on the tin.....Good price, good delivery , undamaged.

Disappointed that the lid doesn't sit on it nicely, it's very loose. And there aren't any clamps to hold the lid. I shall be using some elastic tied to the handles and stretched over the top to hold it in place. The handles are strong enough to lift when 2/3 full of bird seed, so that's a good sign. And the squirrels don't seem to have got in yet!

I brought this as a indoor kitchen bin and is pleased with my purchase, it is the perfect size (not as big as your normal black standard dust bin). It is a brighter chrome colour than in the photo, which is great as I wanted a bin that was both practical & more decorative than plastic. It was delivered before the estimated date & came in a box, no dents etc.The lid fits on it well & none of my pets have attempted to do a midnight raid on it since I brought it..Happy days, peaceful nights!...

Great! Exactly what I was looking for. It is about 3/4 size of your normal rubbish bin, but I got to store nuts for the birds in my garden... Mice had got at them where I stored them in the shed. It looks so good, I'm thinking of getting another to rather use as a bin... (Indoors) or as a laundry basket. Not sure yet but great looking bin for use indoors or out!

If you want a cheap rough bin, this will do - but don't expect quality. I chose this one over the others for the pictured handles, believing them to be the sturdier round ones in the Amazon pic. They were not. Instead, they are flat and rough-riveted with no finishing.What do I mean by no finishing? I mean the edging around the rivets and handles is rough and not filed-down. The seams too. Should it be? Well let me put it this way - I have a plaster on my finger where I was cut by the razor-sharp edging of the bin's crappy finishing.So why three stars? Because it is still a mouse-proof (I presume), rain-proof galvanised bin for £20.BTW, I think 'heavy-duty' in the descriptor is misleading. Yes, it's not plastic. But neither is it 'heavy-duty' in the way the cinder-proof dustbins of yore were.UPDATE: Reduced to two stars. The handle came off in my hand on first use. This item is made of chocolate. (Except if it was chocolate covered in tin-foil as its strength suggests, I could have eaten it and given it more stars.)

Never had to write a bad review before! Most certainly not heavy duty!!! Was damaged on arrival but husband managed to put it back in shape. Bought to put hot ashes in yet to find out if suitable. Lifted it to put in the area we wanted it ( empty) and one of the handles fell off. Packaging has been thrown away so unable to send it back. Total waste of money !!!
