In product description they specify Replaceable Battery, but the screws are jammed (looks like purposely done) and cannot be removed. The unit has to be broken to remove the case and the battery. Once broken the unit becomes unsafe to use further.

built quality is great love it, I'm going to follow the instructions as they say to charge and discharge 3-4 to make the battery backup reach full capacity, so I'll test that too and lets see 🙌

The media could not be loaded. I bought two of these in last six months, but one of them is not working now, it fails to turn on my Airtel router on even mains supply.The customer support is pathetic, they have just an email id and no WhatsApp number. They just ignore the email, they simply do not reply yr mail, so do you get a warranty.My suggestion is just avoid it and go for brands which have better and efficient customer support.

Here’s a secret. Instead of Wi-Fi, I use it for my looper pedal board perfectly except had to change polarity by cutting wire and switching black to red and vice versa.
