First chemical product I’ve used on my Alcantara steering wheel. It’ll be the only one. It restored it to the condition it was in when I bought it.

I bought this to clean up the dirt and oil from my laptop. Worked well enough but I couldn’t get everything out. The computer is 4 years old though so I wouldn’t expect it to like brand new.

I bought this to clean the seats in my two-seater sports car. The seats are black, but mostly leather with black alcantara inserts. In fact, my seats look almost exactly the same as the seats on the front of the Sonax packaging. When I opened the package some of the Sonax had leaked out and I had to clean off the bottle of slime. The narrow bottle is made out of rubber-like plastic and the instructions wrap around the bottle. The instructions are printed so small I tried to take a photo of the bottle on my phone and blow it up to read them, but there was no way to take a photo that got all the instructions because they wrapped around the narrow bottle. So I had to go online to find directions I could read. Instructions weren't all that clear about how much to use. The container disperses it liberally and perhaps I used a little too much, but I'm not sure.Regardless I followed the instructions to a T and even bought a boar's hair detailing brush to really agitate the alcantara. Also bought new microfiber towels to wipe away the dirt. For the most part it worked. Some of the alcantara was matted pretty badly so that it was almost shiny and while it brought those areas back to life, the alcantara looks ragged in those areas. Still an improvement, though. The bigger problem is that when the seats started drying there were lighter-colored splotches all over one of the seats. So I ended up going back over those areas with a second pass and now the entire one seat has a "cloudy" look to it where the alcantara is lighter than the other seat. I'm not sure how to fix it honestly. The instructions don't say anything about it.So it mostly does its job. However, after cleaning the inserts on just two car seats and two arm rests the bottle was almost empty. If you're going to try and clean four seats you're probably going to need two bottles. If you have an SUV or a minivan you probably should buy 3-4. This stuff isn't cheap and so I hoped it would be a case of a little goes a long way, but the alcantara really soaks it up quickly. Again, I wish there were instructions on what to do if you accidentally use too much, which is what I'm guessing the problem is. No idea, but I'm hoping the seat isn't ruined for good.

Le foto incluse sono state da me scattate.🟥 🟧 🟨 🟩 🟦 🟪 🟫 🟥 🟧 🟨📦 CONTENUTO CONFEZIONE: 📦🟥 🟧 🟨 🟩 🟦 🟪 🟫 🟥 🟧 🟨Flacone con spugna in testa da 100 ml🟥 🟧 🟨 🟩 🟦 🟪 🟫 🟥 🟧 🟨🚫 TEST E CONSIDERAZIONI: 🚫🟥 🟧 🟨 🟩 🟦 🟪 🟫 🟥 🟧 🟨 Questo flacone di detergente per gomma marca Sonax, più conosciuto universalmente on-line come GUMMI, serve principalmente per rinnovare le guarnizioni dell'auto, detergendole, ma allo stesso tempo lasciando le molto più morbide e ridonando la lucentezza perduta nel tempo, poiché guarnizioni ingrigite, come quelle ad esempio della Clio di mia moglie, riacquistano il naturale colore grigio scuro della gomma. l'applicatore prima di poter essere utilizzato va premuto 4-5 volte per poter far impregnare la spugna di prodotto e poter iniziare così la stesura sulle guarnizioni. Molto facile da dosare in quanto più si preme con forza e più prodotto esce, pur non risultando mai eccessivo, a tal punto da colare, ma al massimo da bagnare leggermente la guarnizione. Personalmente l'ho utilizzato sia sulla mia Tiguan II serie del 2017 che sulla Clio III serie del 2010 di mia moglie. Sulla Tiguan dopo aver pulito le guarnizioni con un panno in microfibra utilizzando acqua, alcool e sapone neutro, ho passato il prodotto su tutte le guarnizioni sia sulla portiera che sui montanti interni e su tutte le battute, oltre alle guarnizioni esterne, ovvero quelle tra un vetro e l’altro ma anche su quelle di portellone posteriore e cofano motore. Le guarnizioni erano comunque in buono stato e la differenza non è stata marcata pur avendo acquistato più lucentezza alla vista, non hanno guadagnato apparentemente in morbidezza essendo già molto morbide, poichè l'auto è di recente costruzione. Sulla Clio invece, dopo aver pulito le guarnizioni sempre con lo stesso metodo, ho provveduto a dare il Gummi attraverso l'apposita spugna posta in testa al recipiente, che permette di stendere il prodotto in maniera adeguata senza eccedere e soprattutto distribuendo in maniera uniforme il prodotto sulla guarnizione, Inoltre la forma arcuata della testa del prodotto, permette di raggiungere anche delle zone leggermente più strette ad esempio quelle dove sono incernierati gli sportelli in cui notoriamente si ha poco spazio di intervento. La Clio terza serie del 2010, quindi con 11 anni sulle spalle, presentava, già in fase di prima pulizia con Panno in microfibra, delle guarnizioni molto annerite che hanno buttato fuori parecchio sporco di colore nero, oltre ad aver perso la naturale lucentezza grigio scuro lucido della guarnizione, con il Gummi ho passato tutte le guarnizioni sia della portiera che tutte quelle esterne ed interne della Clio, che sono tante è molto molto spesse come estensione, quindi richiedono parecchio tempo per poter essere passate adeguatamente.Consiglio sempre di tenere un secondo panno in microfibra pulito per poter asciugare il prodotto in eccesso, una volta averlo fatto riposare per qualche minuto dopo averlo steso, in modo che la guarnizione riesca ad assorbire il prodotto traendone il maggior beneficio possibile. Essendo le guarnizioni della Clio molto sporchi, la spugna in testa al gommi si è sporcata parecchio, ma va tenuta pulita strofinandola sul panno per poter togliere il nero dalla testa dell'applicatore e poter stendere in maniera più pulita possibile il prodotto. Una volta che il prodotto è rimasto sulle guarnizioni per qualche minuto, consiglio di provvedere ad eliminare i prodotti in eccesso da tutta la guarnizione con un panno in microfibra pulito senza però sfregare energicamente, ma togliendo solamente il prodotto visibile e che magari ha creato delle gocce, ma lasciando la guarnizione lucida e bagnata Le guarnizioni della Clio hanno tratto un beneficio inimmaginabile dal prodotto, essendo tornate al loro colore nero originale e a distanza di 10 giorni è un acquazzone il colore è rimasto lo stesso e le guarnizioni sono davvero rinate esteticamente e credo anche a livello funzionale, oltretutto montando gli antiturbo sulle portiere anteriori, il prodotto ha provveduto ad eliminare uno sfregamento tra antiturbo e la guarnizione sottostante eliminando totalmente il rumore generato. Non mi esprimo sul fatto del rumore di chiusura della portiera, poiché non sono in grado di giudicarlo oggettivamente, ma sicuramente il prodotto risulta valido e mantiene le promesse fatte. Con un flacone solo sono riuscito a trattare tutta una Tiguan seconda serie del 2017 e tutta una Clio terza serie del 2010 avanzandone ancora metà flacone, quindi ottima riuscita. trovo eccessivo eseguire il trattamento su auto più recenti di 5 anni, ma lo consiglio per auto dai 5 anni di vita in su. Per fare la Tiguan ho impiegato circa 2 ore, mentre la Clio che aveva guarnizioni molto ma molto sporche ha richiesto circa 2,5 ore, compresa pulizia preventiva delle guarnizioni, ma sconsiglio comunque di dare il prodotto su guarnizioni molto sporche o polverose, io personalmente ho provveduto a dare il prodotto alle guarnizioni sottoporta della Tiguan che sono sulla parte sottostante della portiera, molto sporche di polvere e terra, solo dopo averle pulite accuratamente anche con sgrassatore chanteclair per avere un risultato migliore.🟥 🟧 🟨 🟩 🟦 🟪🔹 CONCLUSIONI:🔹🟥 🟧 🟨 🟩 🟦 🟪A fine marzo 2021 ho acquistato il prodotto pagandolo 5,68 euro, mentre nel momento in cui scrivo questa recensione Il prezzo è salito a 7,32 euro, quindi con un ritocco verso l'alto importante, ma vista la durata del prodotto in termini di tempo e la sua reale utilità su guarnizioni invecchiate, nè consiglio assolutamente l'acquisto.Inserisco foto e video e vi ringrazio per la letturaStefano
