It’s plastic, but sturdy and looks like picture. Arm straps stretch.

My husband and I Love to do dapper days at Disney. These are perfect for my steampunk tinkerbell.

Made of plastic but it feels like good quality and looks good. Hinges hold wings in position pretty well. Elastic bands could stand to be a little longer but that's more a me-problem I think. :-) very pleased!
