First few days there was no difference, then BOOM. Ppl kept asking why I was so happy and then I realized I was in fact happier and more energetic. I believe this wasn’t entirely the magnesium as I started to catch up on sleep around the same time I started taking it, so both factors combined likely improved testosterone levels. I warn though, the 2 capsules were too much for me bc magnesium is a diarrhetic so I dropped to 1 a day. Affected libido too….

These are a good choice. From the looks and packaging even looks like this company knows what they're doing. They've got multiple formulations of magnesium and very sophisticated. I'm impressed. To soon to see a difference in brands yet. But will come back and edit my review.

We have been taking this magnesium for a while and it definitely helps with our sleep habits as well as my wife’s leg cramps. We found that taking it with food helps when taking the capsule!

I started taking magnesium malate less then a week ago, I'm sleeping a little better will see how it progress.

This triple complex is exactly what I needed. Between my eye twitching, leg cramps and issues falling asleep I was very frustrated. After 3 days cleared up my leg cramps and eye twitch and have definitely fallen asleep quicker. Highly recommend

I started having severe migraines, after using 1500 mg of these with good hydration, migraines went away without any other intervention. I do note feel abdominal upset like with other brands or magnesium presentations (mag oxide)

Ordered these for my mom. Her energy has not been the best lately but after taking these pills she noticed a difference in her energy levels. Of course the results are different for everyone but definitely try it out !

Perfect for sleep as a great alternative to melatonin. Was a bit skeptical on how it would work but taking an hour before I want to sleep works like a charm!!
