Exotic Birds Don't Tweet - LOL awesome name. Or - Don't Cross the Double Line. I had hoped that it would take three coats to reach maximum opacity. But - the color is awesome. Dress it up with stamped designs or a glitter topcoat. Completely fun for anytime you want sunshine at your finger tips.

Pretty. Good to go over a colour I guess. Polish doesn’t last like it used to.
