I'm not normally one for leaving reviews, however I felt compelled to in this instance.Credit to the delivery service, this item arrived in very good time and without issue, albeit in a box that looked as though it had taken a bit of a kicking. The item itself, once opened, was easy to assemble and contained all the parts to do so. Once built it was surprisingly sturdy actually and looked pretty good from a distance. Up close however is a different matter.. The panels, in some areas, looked to have succumbed to the same fate as the packaging with scuffs and scrapes here and there. The apex of the roof required a bit of 'jiggery pokery' to enable it to be relatively weatherproof and remain in position at one edge. There are areas already showing signs of discoloration also on some of the panels. On the inside there are lots of areas with plastic off-cuts from the molding process attached, particularly around the windows and door. I was required to remove these with a stanley blade prior to allowing my 2 year old access to it. I've only had it assembled for a week so far, so cannot currently comment on the durability of the item, but the little one seems to be happy enough (Saying that, I've known him to get excited when he manages to get a hold of an empty kitchen roll tube)Overall, I'd say the item is pretty good, if not slightly overpriced for the quality of the product. The Jury is out..

Nice little house but incredibly flimsy: the walls are a mere 1.5 cm. I’m not sure it will survive long my little boy who’s very tall, very big and likes to climb!He loves it though, the colours are bold and there’s plenty of space inside.If you are looking for something sturdy, not the product for you.

This kids playhouse was for my 3year old grandson. He absolutely loves it. It was easy to assemble. However it was missing a bracket but the company was so quick in responding and sending a replacement bracket plus two packs of sweets. Excellent customer service and very willing to get things right. Wound recommend this playhouse especially in view of excellent customer service. Very satisfied customer.

A bit smaller than expected, so make sure you measure it out in your living room before you buy to see the size, even though you're not gonna get bigger without spending a lot more. Also a bundle of plastic ain't worth £100+, but the kids love it so whatever.

This is great! It was easily constructed, requiring only 20 plastic 'nuts' to be hand tightened, in fact it took longer to apply the stickers!It's a good size and my 15 month old grand-daughter loves it especially posting letters through the letterbox.Sturdy and great value

Easy to erect and sturdy - even on windy days. Wee one loves opening and closing door and shouting out the windows at imaginary people.Highly recommended. Bought another one for my Daughter's house.
