Cannot use for Zoom
I bought this so I'd have a small, lightweight computer for a trip. I wanted to be able to check e-mail and make Zoom calls. This computer just straight up will not run Zoom -- among other things, it won't let me hear the audio. If I need to make a Zoom call I'll have to use my phone.

False advertisement
I was supposed to get a black Asus Chrome book. But, instead I got a silver Samsung and the charger adapter doesn't fit!!! It's too small and just comes right out.

not what I expected
I didn't realize this laptop had a different OS; the learning curve to use it will undoubtedly be longer than I want, especially since it came with no user's manual. By the time I get it figured out, it will likely be too late to return it if I don't like its features, which I expect to be case.

Great for the kids!
Ordered 3 laptops. All are great! Seller was very responsive when the wrong chargers were sent. We have received the correct chargers and are very happy with the customer service. We highly recommend!!

Good Quality
The screen was dirty and the computer moves a little slow. But the set up was easy and it works like new. I would recommend this computer for a short time use, maybe six months to a year use. No longer. But it’s acceptable.
