I purchased this intelligent window-cleaning robot, and its cleaning effect left me extremely satisfied, effortlessly removing dirt from the windows. It is impossible to make it work with standard routers like Google Wifi. Bought 2 hubs, and neither worked. Support was useless, and the most they did was send a link to 1 minute YouTube video with instructions. They do not know how this device works or how to troubleshoot it. By the way, it is not a Yoolax device in the box; it's a cheap Smart Wired Gateway Pro Model THP10-Z-X. Furthermore, it came with a really short network and power cables and without a power adapter.

I purchased two of the waterproof electric vinyl blinds. Their ordering process to provide my measurements were easy to follow. Each blind had slightly different measurements to fit my windows. My installation was on the outside edge of the window. Once I placed the order, they followed up to verify my measurements. In a few days, the order was ready and it shipped UPS from China. Using and very good carrier, they got the shipment to my house within only a few days. I read the installation instructions, and mounted both blinds. They look great and the use of the remote works perfectly. I wanted motorized blinds since the windows are high on the wall and the furniture in front blocks easy access, making them difficult to reach. I did need some help pairing the remote to the second set of blinds. I sent them a request, and I got back the video within 24 hours. So, I highly recommend these blinds. They look great, easy to install, great value for the money, fast reliable shipping and great Customer Service.

I bought a couple of these blinds about 8-9 months ago. The measurement instructions were pretty clear, and fortunately I got it right. The product arrived quickly, and install was a breeze. The Alexa support - as others have pointed out - was a little convoluted (had to buy another accessory called 'Bond'), and so was the adjusting of the stops (instructions weren't super-clear). But after a bit of back and forth on setup, I finally got everything working right.... and it has stayed that way for the past 8-9 months, with no issues whatsoever..... until a couple of weeks ago.As you can see from the attached pic, one of the "knobs" that holds the blind in place within the valance snapped a couple of weeks ago. Since there is no real way to fix this, I contacted Yoolax's customer support via WhatsApp. Not only did I get a response within a couple of hours, they shipped out replacement parts to me (multiple sets) that were delivered to me via Fedex in 2 days (all the way from China)!!! In a world where companies are reticent about backing their products - especially after a few months, it has been stunning to see and experience such amazing customer service. Kudos to the customer service team, and thank you for the support.
