Swiss MadisonWell Made Forever SM-1T106 Concorde One Piece Toilet, Glossy White

This toilet isn’t the most comfortable and the seats are hard to locate replacements for, but it seems extremely sturdy and is reliable as far as function from my experience with the 2 I purchased. The toilet is very modern looking and makes my newly remodeled bathrooms feel high end. Install isn’t too hard but be careful unboxing as it is easy to fling the tank lid out of the styrofoam.

Been looking for a newly remodeled master bathroom. As we are finishing and overspent we were looking to get quality good looking toilet without breaking the bank. The toilet looks great and sturdy. Easy to install.Double flash for water saving!

I wouldn't touch this product (again) with a ten-foot barge pole...and that's what you'll need to clear it every other day. Like MANY others have written elsewhere, we have found that BOTH ours clog easily and necessitate serious plunging in order to clear the blockage. They look good but the water cistern (tank) lids are ill fitting and the push buttons assembly on the top tarnishes and starts to peel within a year. Finally, the seats are really cheap and nasty and the slow-close mechanism on one of ours broke within a year. I would suggest you avoid at all costs.

Toilet looks like Toto so it’s beautiful but the seat is not comfortable at all snd very hard to find a new seat with that exact size so if your looking for beautiful go for it but know it’s not comfortable to sit on.

I firmly believe in balanced reviews. Having said that: the good: shipping was perfect. In time and on time. (Actually 2 days early). Packaging was impressive. Not a scratch or Nick anywhere. Toilet was perfect. The bad: none. However, the ugly: I have nothing nice to say about the installation. I had many choice words not suitable for a PG audience. Lining up the floor bolts sucks. You have to kind of guess. Hooking up the water supply is equally miserable. Tightening floor bolts is equally miserable. I recommend a deep socket instead of wrench. Having said all that, it’s a great looking, well built toilet. Have fun.

Toilet bowl itself feels really solid and the one piece design is nice. Was a tough job lifting it on to the screws but it is possible to do alone. Tip from Home Depot guy which works: Bolt the screws to the waste outlet first so they don't wiggle around. The cheap plastic covers for the screw access holes were a huge disappointment. They don't stay on properly and take some bending and forming to get them to stay, but the don't stay nice and flush, so they are a slight eyesore. Might try to get some replacements. The toilet seat is also cheaper than you would expect. Nice soft close, but pretty flimsy plastic. The square seat is not too comfortable on the bottom either, but should limit time wasted on the loo. I'm happy with the purchase for the powder room, as it's low usage, but would not be happy if this was a main bathroom toilet.
