Waste of money
This grounding sheet may as well be toilet paper or rags. It made zero improvement in our sleep quality and pain levels. It made an INCREASE in discomfort due to the design including no fixtures to keep it in place.

Finally decided to get one
Grounding Bed Sheet with 10% Silver Fiber I finally decided to get one of these and I am so happy I did. I wake up refreshed and no foggy brain. No more neck pains. But I still have my knee pain. I feel like it great for my circulation because my calves look slimmer and I don't get pulled muscles in my calves when I stretch them.

Old guy who fell hard on New Years Day
Putting away Christmas tree , I tripped , hit cement floor hard. Getting back up was worse than the fall . Knees / shoulder - essentially corn flakes in exray since a kid. Wife thought I went into shock , said go to bed. Ordered sheet ,12th Jan and used it for two nights . This after noon I feel pretty stable on my feet ... Very quality made product from packaging on down and how it hugs the bed. I thought it was going to bunch up really. I think the story of the WOLF gashing his shoulder one day and it is healed the next day is true because of the Earths grounding frequency.

Black Tab is not conductive, but wire, snap and sheet are.
I've had a few of these over the years. It definitely 10% in the silver thread. Its a good size to drape over the bottom half of the bed and it does ground. I can use a couple safety pins on the edge so it doesn't move or bunch up. I took off a couple points though for the following reasosn. This material is rather thin and smells of chemicals, hand washing and hanging outside in the shade to dry should fix that smell. I did test the sheet, with both a multi meter and the little grounding tester and the sheet is definitely conductive... there's currently no problem with that. However, the little black square piece that holds the snap is not conductive. I've always saved the little black snap pieces from my older grounding sheets when they eventually wore out, because that whole black square piece was also made of conductive material, and can be reused if needed, so it makes a better connection to the sheet when sewn on. On this sheet, when you touch the tester to just the black part while sheet is connected to ground, the black part does not conduct... only the metal snap does. The only problem with this is that there's less area of grounding connection to the main sheet, since only the little metal snap makes contact, so over time, if the threads come lose that attach the black square to the sheet, and the snap itself doesn't snug into the material good, you'll lose connection. Simply restitching it on good would help. So is this just another way to save manufacturing costs or perhaps the seller didn't realize this? So if your mat isn't conductive check the stitching on this connection part. Also, for those folks who talk about getting occasional zaps, it's probably dirty electricity in your wiring. Many people have this unless they install Stetzer plugs or similar to eliminate this. Try accessing the ground outside. Run it out your window and down to the ground attached to a grounding spike banged into the ground, then connect it inside to the sheet. That should alleviate the problem. There's many youtube do it yourself videos on this and it does make a difference. It's fairly easy to do.All that said, it's a nice size and connection is fine and tight for now. The mat does work to ground you. It would be interesting to see if this manufacturing change is common these days.

Does not fit
I love my grounding sheet - this is the 3rd one for me! I sleep much better and don't have near as many aches and pains, but it was a tight fit to start with and after washing according to the directions several times, it longer comes even close to fitting across my queen size bed ( and I bought a king sheet). Very disappointed in this one as the others I had did not do this.
