Simple heartwarming and spiritual
This new children’s book by the familiar Amazon’s best selling Grief Author, John Allen, is a much needed simple story for children, or adults to read to children, about how to help little ones cope with the grief of losing a loved one. The book title “Look Up” and reference to heaven as a place where good people go when they die, and that all you need to do to stay connected to your loved one, is to Look Up, is a simple, easy to explain message for everyone. Very easy read, heartwarming and a great tool for those in need. Highly recommend this for young and old grieving for the loss of a departed loved one.

Well written book for children dealing with a loss
This book was well written and is a good book for children who have lost a loved one. After reading this book, I looked back to my own experience of losing a loved one as a child. I could connect to this book in the following ways. One is that people help and console each other. The other is that good memories will remain with you forever. I highly recommend this book!

Good.
The dedication is personal and touching, setting the tone for the story. The illustrations are unique and caught my attention. I could relate to the main characters well for a children's book. I could understand Anna's desire to see her father once more, and her only being six only complicated the matter. It's a story about remembering your loved ones and the good times. Sometimes, it is hard to move forward, especially when things happen suddenly. This children's tale is worth your time and is a tearjerker. The Bible verses at the end of this book are a delicate touch. I recommend children and adults read this book at least one time.

Excellent book, a simple powerful message.
I'm not sure why one review mentions hell. Hell is not mentioned in this book, at all! So don't worry about that. Also, many religions refer to Heaven including Christianity, Islam, Judaism, and many more. Not sure why it is a problem mentioning Heaven in this book as shared by another reviewer. Not included in the story but at the back of the book are a few quotes from The Bible which I love. You don't have to share these with the children if you don't want to. This book really helps children and even adults cope with loss and grief. The author does an amazing job, and the pictures are wonderful too. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

Not what I expected
Be warned, this book refers to hell, which I don’t wish to tell my 6 and 4 year old about. Returning it for refund.
