I bought this product for my son's birthday and the first Jellipad I received had a few issues after a couple of months (the on/off button only worked occasionally and then the device stopped charging also). I contacted Jellipad directly and after some emails between us, the company owner Matthew, said I could have a new replacement and a full refund. The new device arrived today with thanks. My son did enjoy using his original device before it broke, so I am hoping that we have no issues with the replacement. To be honest the customer service I experienced directly from Matthew was extremely good, after a couple of hiccups and the company did send a new device and I have not had to send the old one back, which is refreshing. Watch this space to see how our new Jellipad works out.

Bought this for my 2 year olds birthday as he was always using our Ipad to watch his programmes before bed or when travelling places, we let the jellipad charge overnight and the next day uploaded a few of his apps, the pre-loaded apps he found good and is still discovering new ones! The battery life is short approx 2hrs but this I suppose makes them come off it and do some normal socialising! Not had it for long but so far so good xx

I wouldn’t buy this product again. I would opt for a kindle fire kids or similar. This one is too complicated to set up, for the kids to be able to use it adults need to spend a few hours uploading content, games etc. I still haven’t managed to get decent games like cebeebies which is free anyway into it. And loading an audio book or something from you tube takes for ever.

I received the tablet on time. It has some few apps for kids but the rest you have to unlock them by updating to premium.I also tried to register my warranty but it won't pass the stage where I entered the order no. Can you please help ?

Got this tablet for my step-daughter as it looked cute, was already set up for kids and she didn’t get along with the Kindle Fire one (plus her friend also has a Jellipad!). She is over the moon with it, made her birthday. From the initial very nicely designed box, to the tablet itself which is tough and attractive. I had a look on here and they all have 8GB memory which just isn’t enough for kids once you get apps and stuff on there. This one has 16GB which is pretty decent and can put music and videos on an SD card too. It also has 1GB RAM which is perfect for kids gaming and learning. It already comes with a load of games and educational apps for kids for maybe 4-10 years old. All you have to do is add them to the kids menu from the parental controls and it’s good to go within minutes, no messing about, you don’t even need WiFi (compared to the Amazon Fire which was a nightmare, especially when travelling). If you want you can also access the Play store for more apps. Another bonus is all the apps can be removed and replaced, and there’s no junk preinstalled either so it’s nice and safe. Speed wise it runs all the games well and the screen is colourful so kids obviously will love it. The screen protector is a nice touch. Very reasonable price too compared to other proper brands.

It looks great, but we're experiencing a very poor WiFi connection. All our devices work normally, but with this tablet it takes forever to play a song on YouTube. I have bought it for my 4 year old daughter so that I would get my phone back, but that didn't happen... :-( It was meant as a birthday present and so we didn't use it for more than a month after purchasing it, thus losing the opportunity to return it. I inspected it when I got it but I never thought of checking the WiFi connection... It also runs rather slow from time to time. I was very excited about it, but now I am really disappointed... One might say it is to be expected at this price... The first tablet we bought to my daughter last year was a lot more cheaper but the internet worked great, it lacked other things (the colours, the touchscreen, the speed), but the WiFi was ok, so I would have expected this one to be great...

bought it for my 8 year old son for his birthday yesterday. very disappointed boy today as we set it up and he wanted to download one of the minecraft apps (which we had paid for and downloaded on his previous Ittle Tablet, and it worked well for 2 years, before finally expiring). this tablet says "your device cannot support this app", and it even says so for the IWAWA latest update. Can't even update its own software.I am very disappointed, kid in tears for the past hour now. I am not even sure of how to return the damned thing as i didn't keep all the scraps in the packaging.Won't be repurchasing, that's for sure!! not worth the 75 pounds.

I had searched product reviews looking for a tablet that was child friendly but one that would also be useful for a parent to use. I came across the Jellipad and I am really glad I did. Its just perfect. I bought this tablet for my grandsons 4th birthday and he is delighted with it. It came with fun and educational games already loaded on it and all the other apps you would want. The parental control is spot on with a facility for children to access their own page through their own photo. The tablet comes with earphones, protective case, stylus, extra memory etc. so saves the added expense of buying the extras. Its well designed for little fingers and the casing is robust but light to hold. I am really pleased with this purchase and yes, I would highly recommend to others looking for a child friendly tablet that is much more than a toy. Parents can also use this tablet for their own use as it has all the apps you would want on an adults tablet which is a big bonus. Best purchase I have made in a long time.
