Tastes okay. Not sure if it helps me sleep. Haven’t used it enough yet.

I absolutely love this stuff. And it lasts a long time. I add a small teaspoon to my lavender and reishi mushroom tea with a touch of honey before bed. Helps to calm down my mental body so the physical body can prepare for bed. 1 jar will definitely last for 2 months. I find it that if you drink this every 3rd evening seems to work best. To much all the time the body becomes immune to it. Meaning you don't feel the effects as much when you enjoy a cup once every 3rd evening. Definitely will be something that will be part of my liquid supplement regime.

Definitely disappointed. This is a new type of packaging and product from what I used to buy. I used to put this in my tea into the morning as recommended mixing with a hot beverage. Now it says to just add to water. I actually don’t feel the same calm from the older version.

It’s super duper banana likeIt does calm you down instantly but the banana is very heavyId say if you want something that will be helpful for stress, this does help

It knocks me out and I can sleep but next day I have a headache. It also has worm like beading that looks disgusting. Better if you make it to a popsicle and eat it the next day. It is also cloying sweet.
