Alessi Gino Zucchino Sugar Pourer, Red, (AGV02 R)

I am such a collector of Alessi but swore blind that I was not going to have no more sugar (eaten too much over Christmas, and read that one easy way to loose some weight was to cut back on sugar in drinks etc.) Now the big but comes, I saw this cheeky chap and just had to give him a home. So alright I have filled him up with sugar, but that's for visitors to use honestly. Alessi what have you done for my diet?It is easy to fill and the amount it holds is quite vast, it even has a little diagram with the instructions showing how to close the lid properly, so you can never end up with all the sugar pouring out into your drink or whatever.Easy to clean, so even if dirty, grubby hands use it, just give him a quick wipe down with a damp cloth and he's ready for action again.A super idea as a gift for a housewarming present, be it male or female as I am sure it will appeal to both sexes. Also a colour to go with anyone's kitchen, as the great thing is with the Alessi collection they don't all have to match colourwise, you can have red, blue, green and yellow altogether and they still look great and can really funk up a kitchen without costing the earth.Now I would say with it looking at me that it has a look of a cross of an alien with a smiley caterpillar face, take one look yourself and see what you think. It certainly brings a smile to your face.I have the green one, the reason being I have all the various coloured Alessi pieces at home as I do so love Alessi, so any colour would go in my kitchen (god help the bank balance) but the main reason this little green chap was less than £5.00 in the Amazon sale, cheaper than some lower priced ones but this is a designer piece.About the price of two coffees but longer lasting with a sweet taste and more fun too.

Bought one a few years ago, dropped a pot on it and it broke and did not hesitate to replace it with the same product

Fit for purpose

This is as expected, I've had one many years ago so knew that I liked it. However, a red one arrived instead of the orange one requested

È stato un regalo che ho voluto fare a mio figlio quando è andato a vivere da solo. Io ce l'ho giallo da più di 20 anni ed è comodo, allegro, simpatico e di una plastica ottima considerato che dopo tutti questi anni è intatto.

Sehr schöner Hingucker auf dem Kaffeetisch. Habe ihn schon sehr lange im Einsatz und er ist immer noch wie am ersten Tag. Habe ihn auch immer von Hand gespült. Durch die aufschraubbare Öffnung kann man den Zucker mühelos einfüllen ohne dass viel daneben geht.Farbe ist wie abgebildet. Alessi spricht für sich.

Lo que más me ha gustado es su diseño con este color tan vivo. Un diseño muy atractivo para un producto cotidiano. Además es muy cómodo de usar.

Para mi es el mejor azucarero además del diseño
