I have been using this and it's better than my wheel one because it's thicker so it's more stable.I still get a full stretch with this and it's helping strengthen my core.I am working up slowly though.The trainer was ok to put together, at first I did think the holes were in the wrong place, but I worked out that I had to pull the arm rest bars into position. Then it all clicked into postion and worked a treat.This does come with other 'bars' to change if you prefer. I like that I can hook my phone onto it so I can workout with workouts at the same time.

I got this to help with my physio after an operation.It's hard work! Or for someone in physio it definitely is.I'm going to have to hold off alittle longer before I can use this , so I'll give you a lowdown on this device.It's well built and easy to assembled. There is a second set of arms for the device that are not in the instructions or packaging. Maybe I was lucky and got a freebie.Usfull counter that can be reset by holding down the main button.A bit of black EVA foam comes with it, I believe it's for your knees. You may want a larger bit as it's only small... then again it might just be some packaging as like the exstra handles, it too in not in the booklet.It's a 4**** device. Its hard work, but that means it's doing something.

Arrived well packaged no problems there.Great product, item as described, works well. Good quality and well made, easy to use, have no problems with it at all thank you.

Having received this 3 days ago I have used it daily since and can say it is an effective and fun way to engage your abs for working out. Thee device itself feels well made and sturdy, somewhat bulky when fully assembled, but the arms can be easily removed for storage, a distinct improvement on the basic ab wheel.Unfortunately my wheel arrived with missing screws for the elbow pads, but it also had extra handles in the package. As an exercise device I can recommend it as it does what it is designed to do or at least seems to so far.

Great exersise machine but unfortunately broke after I used it for couple of times. Can't return or exchange it because of 30 days return policy. Won't buy from them again.

A great little ab roller machine that is a very welcomed addition to my home gym.The roller comes in parts, which require a bit of assembly, but it is really simple to put together and takes only a couple of minutes to complete. You have three different ways to construct and use the roller; conventional handlebars only, elbow supports and hand grips, handlebars and handgrips, depending on your preferred style or use.There is a mini computer on the top of the roller that will count the amount of rolls that are completed and a total of calories burnt throughout your workout. The computer is easy use, with a couple of presses of the control button, which powers it on/off and resets the count/calories back to zero prior to each use.The roller is really well made and has a good amount of foam padding in the right areas for complete comfort during your workout, even on the elbow supports, you don’t feel any discomfort during or after use.The roller moves freely and very smoothly and the wide wheels are rubberised to enable grip on either hard or carpeted surfaces, so you get great traction at all times, meaning that the roller does not slip or run away with you when you are using it, so you do get a very good degree of confidence and safety when using it. In addition, the roller is spring loaded and when you roll forward with it, the spring helps to propel you back to your starting position, which means that you can keep going with repetitions for a bit longer.Also included with the roller is a rectangular workout foam mat for you to kneel on, which is fantastic for protecting your kneecaps, especially if you are using it on a hard floor surface.The roller has a strong construction and is able to undertake weight of up to 220lbs or around 15 stone, which will cover most users weight range.I myself am completely out of shape and have just re-embarked on a fitness plan to loss weight and build some core strength in the process. On my first use of the roller, I was amazed at just how effective the roller is, as after doing only a handful of rolls, I definitely felt the pull on my abdominal muscles that are very well hidden at present. What I really liked about using the elbow rests and hand grip configuration is that due to having a long-standing back problem, I didn’t feel like I was putting any pressure on my lower back and causing any stress on strain in that immediate area, so it will be great to use knowing that I won’t sustain any injuries.The only thing to point out with the design of the roller is that I had initially thought that the bars that hold the elbow rest and handgrips would be in a fixed position, but this is not the case, as they move up and down, so you need to be able to position yourself during each move in order to keep your form. Whilst I think I would have preferred a fixed bar construction, it is however an added workout feature that means that you really have to engage your core to keep you balanced on the roller, so in effect, you are getting two workouts in one.I think that the roller is a very capable piece of equipment and I look forward to using this on my long-term exercise campaign, in order to get me both fit and trim, hopefully in the near future.A great little product and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to add to their home gym equipment.

To begin with this Ab Roller was really simple to assemble (surprisingly so as I usually give up on the instruction guide and go straight to YouTube for help!)But not with this, it really is straightforward. I only struggled with figuring out the settings on the built in monitor and how to turn it off once I'd finished using it.Then came the fear of thinking it wouldn't hold my weight and would go rolling off while I hit my chin on the floor, but this was not so due to its built in automatic rebound feature. It's really robust and takes a good amount of weight (220lbs to be exact)It has a built in smart display so you can see how many rolls you have done and shows how many calories you have burned which is really inspiring to see and makes you want to keep going with it.I would recommend using it on an exercise mat. I tried it on carpet but the there was too much friction.For the price I would say its well worth a go. I've managed to build up my core strength since I began using it which is priceless. And you can use it indoors which is ideal in this freezing weather!

Es muy fácil de montar. Al apoyar los brazos facilita el ejercicio. Totalmente recomendable. Lo usamos mi hijo y yo.
