This a follow up from my previous review.Right after I left my review, I received a very nice message from VCK asking what they could do to help. I figured since it was after the refund and return date, I was out the money. Then out of the blue a package arrived. I wasn't expecting it, so it apparently sat without my knowledge. I just opened it today and walla, they sent me a brand new heater.Again, no damage to the shipment nor the packaging. I put it together and plugged it in the wall. You will never guess what happened.It heated immediately!! No waiting to heat up, no waiting for it to reach 99 degrees before it started working. It just started blowing hot air!!!Oh my goodness, if I had known the heater was supposed to work so well, I would have contacted them the first day we took it out of the box! I just got a lemon the first time. I very much understand things like that happen occasionally, but this company not once was rude, unkind nor sarcastic to me even after my review.WHAT A GREAT COMPANY!! I will definitely be buying any heater I need from VCK from this point on!Please read my previous message below and if any of those issues arise, it's not supposed to. Contact customer support and I'm sure they will troubleshoot the issue with you.Thanks VCK :)Well, what can I say about this dear heater. (Model #LE-HP006A) Let’s start with the beginning and when I get to the end, I'll try to stop.We bought this little heater on 11/28/23, we were so happy taking it out of its perfect packaging. No dents nor any damage could be seen. After plugging it into the wall socket all by its lonesome, we waited 3 minutes for it to heat up. The remote it came with worked fine as long as you were in front of it. Kind of like a satellite tv company. Without line of sight… you know. So, our little heater did its job and heated our garage just fine. We use our garage as a board and card game playroom. Oh, and football, can’t forget that.But I digress, I shall continue. At the end of February, it started to beep at us! Apparently, it was not happy. It showed “FF” on its display panel. I was in shock! When I regained my senses, I reasonably realized this must be an error of some sort. Being the “tech savvy” person I am, I unplugged our heater and waited 20 seconds, then I tried it again, it worked fine. Next week, same thing happened. I thought maybe it’s too close to the table, so I set it back 4 feet. I guess I shouldn’t have done that. Our heater started throwing a fit, beeping constantly at me! I set it back and it did not help. I then did what any responsible owner would do, I looked it up!I did everything the internet and manufacture said. I unplugged and plugged it in again, same thing. I've tried moving it, making sure its level, nothing less than 3 ft from it, waiting 2 min before plugging it back in and not powering it back on until it said 55*. It takes about 20 min to cool down from 99*. Now nothing, just “FF” I tried just turning on the fan, no air just a happy 99* sits on display.So, since I’ve had this heater for 3 months, I cannot return it nor get a $63.06 refund. That’s more than $20’s a month rental!! I now believe the “FF” is for the owner, not the heater informing us. First-rate Failure!So as my review, don’t press that add to cart button. Tell yourself “just keep looking, just keep looking”!

Was nice when it was working. Fan stopped working after 3 months I would not buy.They sent me a replacement and works great. Customer service was quick to respond and get me an replacement.

I tried 2 of these and both of them were defective. The first one’s remote control was defective right out of the box, it just wouldn’t work. Also the thermostat didn’t work. It shows 70 degrees one minute and 95 degrees the next. I returned it and was sent a replacement. The remote worked this time, but it had the same defective thermostat problem. Then, after 2 weeks the oscillating function stopped working as well. Another problem is you can’t set the thermostat in the eco setting. I don’t know why, but when you set it to eco mode it just runs continually. The manual has instructions on how to set the thermostat in eco mode, but it doesn’t work. The price is great and it heats well, but is cheaply made, unreliable and poorly designed.

This heater works great. I love how quiet and efficient it is. My reason to remove a star is the automatic shutoff feature. It shuts off after 12 hours for safety. But there's times when I want it a little longer than that. Also, when I start it, it doesn't remember the last temp setting. I thought this was part of the features but I can't figure out how to set it up. It starts at 86 deg Everytime which is sweltering!

The good... it looks nice and provides warmth. I also liked the remote which can be stored on top of the unitThe badStopped oscillating after a month.Eco mode didn't workLED display and buttons had poor visual feedback which made using the remote mandatory

The heater does heat up, but it works best in tiny/small space. It takes a very long time for it to come up to temperature to shut off. I didn't find a difference between the different temperature settings of high, low, eco or fan. The output felt the same. I had to stand within a couple feet of the heater to feel the heat. When you press the power button, it doesn't shut off immediately. It's a delayed reaction which I don't like. I did like how compact the unit is and it was easy to put together. The remote control has a slot on top of the unit for storage. Otherwise, It didn't meet my needs or expectations, so I returned it.
