Wonderful tool, arrived well packaged and in a timely fashion. However, for a person who had NEVER used any type of tube cutter not having any instructions in the package, nor on the product description, neither on the manufactures' website I had difficulty using this. I finally sought out someone who showed me how to adjust the size of the cutting surface. It does a good job, however, it does not work for precise, small slices with the same length without real skill and practice. Since I am using this primarily to cut copper and aluminum pipe (reclaimed from scrap and old piping) I traded this with our HVAC tech's and he really likes this for the field work and I can operate the other without much frustration. Being a novice this was challenging to use.

Great tubing cutter I have always liked this brand. Only issue I had was a shipping issue but it was quickly resolved via Amazon's customer service. Good quality tools

Good looking product. I’m sure the product is great. I have similar items I use for work but I specifically ordered this product because it has spare cutter wheel storage which come in handy when out in the field. The model number matches the 1885382 however it came with a round handle with no storage. Tried to get it replaced through Amazon but could not exchange for “same product”???

I ordered this because it was the closest I could find at the time to my old compact Imperial's that I lost. I like the style with the cutting wheel on the same side as the adjuster. I'm sure it will work fine it's just not what I thought I was getting.

My go to tube cutter. Works great every time for any size pipe I needed to use it on.

This cutter is well worth it, it is high quality just like the others for less cost. I'm an electrician and use it daily for cutting conduit and will definitely buy it again.

Product is not same as photo, just model number and brand are same, while I return item to seller , and they had it for a week, they didn’t confirm delivery yet for refund! I hope they improve themselves for better customer service

Good but the handle are litte too small. Hard to turn.
