can't wind up the colour
This is a nice product to use, but I can't get the product to wind up/push out at all. This means that the only lipstick I can use, is that which is visible.I don't know whether this is a faulty item or not, as none of the details say whether the item should, or not

Couleur , texture et couvrance ok.En revanche ce n’est qu’une mine de crayon à lèvre. On ne peux le tailler, ni tourner l’embout pour en faire sortir ou autre. C’est cher pour 8mm de crayon!
