Bought as a birthday gift for a friend who has most of the usual wine gadgets. I've since seen it in action and it works like a charm. Perfect for a dinner party as anyone needing a refill can do so with ease and no risk of over pouring for the more heavy handed guests. The option to aerate whilst pouring is also a nice feature that my friend appreciated.

Our product is broken but we have no way of contacting the seller to order a replacement. Hoping this message will prompt them to get in touch.Firstly a couple of months ago the digital display that shows how many ml your are pouring stopped lighting up so it was a guessing game and now the device has just stopped pouring, this was not a cheap item to buy!!

Great product to know ,very richly presented ,good to have around , the finish is precise nothing I found to be wrong in the product everything is self explainatory except for one thing which I found missing in the user manual and the internet which was how to change the adapters ,I will attach a video for people who are finding it difficult to do it

Classy gadget. Using it to measure and dispense Whiskey. Love it. Easy to set up and use.Working fine after one year. No problems. Great product.

Great product and fabulous customer service. Have purchased two of these alcohol dispensers. Had an issue with one of the products 8 months after purchasing and customer service rectified immediately.

Liked the product. Did measure well and aerated well. However this is the second one I have tried and both stopped working within 6 months.
