This is 'The One'
My Boyfriend and I have been taking polaroids, and have been looking for a travel journal to put all of our memories into. I have bought and returned 3 different journals. Each time something just wasn't quite right. Not with this one. It's absolutely perfect. The leather is soft, the book cover is malleable, but since the binding is glued it is still sturdy, unlike the books with sewn in pages. I'll post pictures a little later as we use it, but just know I am a VERY satisfied customer.PS: One of the journals I had gotten previously was eaten by my dog. My dog LOVES the smell of leather, and I've learned that's pretty common of dogs. Just a little tip if you have dogs as well-- keep this away from them.

Almost perfect.
I am not a journal person. I got this for my wife because the paper is what she likes. She is a very particular person when it comes to the type of paper she uses and slick, smooth paper is what she likes. The journal, however doesn't stay open when laid down, so you have to hold it down.Rather than send it back, I've taken it and am using it for my sketchbook for my projects I work on. This is working out great for me so far. I love the look and feel of the journal. If it laid flat on it's own, it would get five stars for me.
