When it came to the Pixel 8, I couldn't find a protector that didn't peel at the edges with a case on, and let's face it, everyone uses a case.I was skeptical about reverting to a non-glass protector. In the past, I had issues with them being too 'gummy.' You could press your thumbnail into it and leave a dent, which would then 'self-heal.' This protector, however, doesn't have that tacky feel. It almost feels like glass, even though it isn't. It comes with quality add-ons that make installation easy. The cleaning wipes are larger and of better quality than those that come with most glass protectors. It even includes a pad to prevent your phone from sliding around during the installation process.I was initially unsure about the alignment feature, but it turned out to be a game-changer and very easy to use. Aligning the protector before sticking it to your screen works remarkably well. You simply place the holes of the protector on the alignment feature and then start applying it from the bottom up, resulting in a smooth application. Although I initially botched my first two attempts due to a piece of hair underneath it the first time and a small bubble on the right side the second time, I found that even these imperfect installations were acceptable. Unlike glass protectors, where an entire corner might not stick down properly, this one adhered well overall.Additionally, camera cutouts on tempered glass protectors always look unappealing, with rainbow effects around the camera and a tendency to collect dirt and dust. While I personally prefer protectors without cutouts, this one manages the cutout neatly. Moreover, because the film is not as thick as glass, it doesn't accumulate as much dirt or dust.Overall, I highly recommend this product with a 5/5-star rating to any new Google Pixel 8 owner looking to protect their screen!

The first one I applied has been great with no issues. I placed one on my wife's phone and even though I followed the directions, dust got under or on the film. A poor second install. I have been using the film for about 3 weeks and find it works great, does not hold fingerprints, and works with my Spigen case. No issue using the fingerprint reader through this film.

The product has some rigidity to it, though I think it's a wee bit thinner than tempered glass protectors.WHAT I LIKE:+ BLUE FILM HELPS ENSURE PROPER ALIGNMENT WITHIN THE GUIDE (so you don't have to keep prying it up by the edges when your OCD tendencies insist it frames the front camera lens *perfectly*). It's magical to see it adhere to the screen on the first try (*almost* without any bubbles or random dust particles).- THE EDGE OF THE COVER DID NOT APPEAR DAMAGED after I pried it up with my fingernail to grab dust from the screen/back of the protector (using the included sticky strip). For the first time ever (!), a film-style screen protector that goes on perfectly. No bubbles. No troubles. The instructions were clear and the application process was flawless.

I was skeptical about finding a screen protector that wouldn't interfere with my phone's fingerprint reader, but this one isa total winner. My fingerprints are read instantly and accurately, just as they were before applying the protector. It's a relief to finally find a product that doesn't utilization for screen protection. The installation process was a breeze! The included accessories made it a foolproof task, even for someone as clumsy as me. I was expecting bubbles or misalignment, but the protector went on perfectly the first time. The fact that the package includes four protectors is also a huge plus. I only like PET film like screen protectors. Saw good reviews for this one so gave it a shot and ordered it. It came in a timely manner by the expected delivery date from US to Canada.I've never used an install mechanism like the one that comes with this and it really helped with placing it. It was a much better install experience than manually eyeballing the placement like I've done the past.I've been using it for 2 months now and I've had no lifts along the edges. I've paired it with a Caseology Nano Pop Case and the case doesn't interfere with the screen protector or lift it along the edges at all. The only minus is it does seem to pick up a bit more lint from the pocket than other screen protectors I've used but I'm more than satisfied with this screen protector that I would still get it again if I had to.

This film screen protector feels good, better than every film screen protector I have had so far. It also feels glass-like, and certainly has the clarity of glass. Too soon to speak about the durability but I'll be replacing it when needed since they come in a pack of 4. No issue with the fingerprint reader, or multi-touch.The reason to deduct a star is due to the alignment. The included alignment tool is a must-have for installation, however, due to the flexible nature of the film, it's difficult to align it perfectly.Overall, I'm impressed. If you dislike the tempered glass screen protector on Pixel 8 due to the lifting on the edges, you should give this a try.
