Great product, solved my satellite bandwidth problems. It was delivered later than promised, but that was an Amazon issue.

Needed to replace the unit within one year. The new one works sometimes. Need to be seriously interested in spending time on the phone for help.

You MUST buy there monthly subscription to there service to use this item. It is not stated that is a requirement of the highly restricted internal firewall of the unit. Please refer to their website.
