UK Made 8" Beechwood Gardeners Plant Dibber

I love this little tool for planting bulbs. It provides the perfect size hole for bulbs, weather it's flowers or vegetable bulbs.I recently planted 100 garlic bulbs and 50 shallot bulbs. Normally my hand would hurt from digging with a trowel, but this little tool let me just press it down to the appropriate mark and the bulb fit perfect!

Easy to measure. Fast planting. Makes the other way of planting small bulbs seem antiquated. I put some bees wax on it to further preserve the life of the wood. I am hoping to use this for years.

A bit pricey for the money, but does the job its supposed to do

This tool FROM THE UK is very well made, and makes planting bulbs and seedlings so much easier. Highly recommended to add to your gardening arsenal.

This is a very fine quality item appropriate for many applications from planting seeds to the larger bulbs. I bought this as it reminded me of the nice ones we used in the horticulture unit at school Very happy I did as the shipment came well before I expected it and the craftsmanship is superior.

Perfect garden tool for those who plant a lot of seeds. Just the right size and well designed. I expect it to last longer than I do.

I used these to plant 1600 small bulbs this autumn. Works like a charm, even in harder soils. You need elbow grease (and weight gloves for your palms), but the thing really did the trick. Great for bulbs 1" or less. Has 1-inch measurements up its length.

Very nicely turned wood. I like the measuring lines.
