Behind the head hose attachment doesn't cross over the face during sleeping. Nasal pillow is comfortable and provides freedom from "face cages" and "top gun" masks that can cause anxiety and stress, reducing sleep. Definitely recommend for sleep apnea.I was falling asleep all day due to lack of O2 at night and using a "face cage". The cage made my CPAP usage so uncomfortable and panic inducing that I refused to use it. Switching to the nasal pillow changed my life and gave me O2 at night so that I could stay awake during the day. Without it I'd still be suffering. Especially recommended just on the functionality and freeing fit alone.

This is much more comfortable than the standard hose-in-front type. I used to get tangled up in the hose every time I turned over. I have actually forgotten that I'm wearing it. I also like the nose part better than the "nasal pillows" - looking at it, you wouldn't think it would make a seal, but it does, perfectly. Again, sometimes I forget that it is on and touch my face to make sure it is there. It does not fit all hoses, so double check if it will attach properly. It does not fit mine, but I was able to get a tight connection with some plumbers tape. This is *so* *much* *better*.

I was not happy to have to wear a sleep mask. I had two different kinds before purchasing this one. One left a rash around my nose and on made my nostrils hurt and get sores! So I got this one and finally I have one mask that I can wear all night without issue. I still absolutely hate having to wear a mask, but this one at least is beatable. I especially appreciate the soft cloth protectors that came with it. They keep the part that causes my skin to get a rash free from touching and I finally have no rash or sore nostrils.

As someone new to the CPAP world, I’ve been trying to find the right mask, and after struggling with a full facial mask and a hybrid mask, I finally found the Gbbazu Nasal Frame Assembly for DreamWear. This nasal pillow mask works great for me—it sits comfortably under my nose and allows me to cough freely without the mask shifting, which has been a huge relief. I really love it!The only issue I have is that the straps on the back tend to slip during the night, which causes the mask to shift slightly. I think adding additional straps around the ears might help keep it more secure. Overall, it’s been a great mask, and I’m really happy I found one that works for me!

So quiet and comfortable...first time I've ever been to happy with this type of item... I've tried 10 over a 5 year period.

This is my first day of using this Dream Mask and I love it. It is so comfortable I barely know it is there. I have used a CPAP for more than 10 years. The mask type I used was an over the nose and I hated it. The mask constantly caused sores on my nose and breakouts beside my nose. It made reading in bed uncomfortable. This is so many steps above an on the nose mask!

Its perfect, the fit, the comfort level.

Materials used for this headgear are very stiff and uncomfortable. The design of the nose cover causes the airflow/breathing to be very loud. Less than a week of use and I had to go back to old equipment as I could not sleep using this.
