I’ve been using the Cunfun scooter for a few months now, and I’m genuinely impressed. It arrived well-packaged and was super easy to assemble—took me less than 10 minutes.The ride is incredibly smooth, and the battery life is better than I expected. I use it for my daily commute and short errands, and it holds up really well on different road surfaces. The build quality feels solid and reliable, and it has a nice modern design too.For the price, this scooter delivers excellent performance. It’s lightweight but sturdy, and the motor has enough power for a comfortable, zippy ride. I’m really glad I went with this brand—definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable, fun ride.

This scooter is a major upgrade from the previous one I had. The ease of use of it is very simple to understand. I recommend downloading the app for full functionality. It's extremely comfortable and reliable. Transportation is relatively fast and it took me a bit to get used to from using it. This scooter has a lot better stability and maneuverability than my previous one as well. Well I haven't folded it down often it does fold relatively easy as well.

The customer service is 10/10. The scooter itself is great and very smooth to ride, but I had to dock a star because I ordered this scooter twice and both times the brakes came too tight and would make noise.Their customer service is very polite and helpful. I do applaud them for their customer service (conducted on WhatsApp). The hassle for the faulty brakes was very annoying. But they reimbursed me for the shop fees. (Just keep in mind their business hours are something like 20:30-05:30 EST bc they're based in China). They will be very helpful over text though!The horn is not a very fun sound, I will admit. I wish the scooter had an electronic brake for personal preference, but the brakes are smooth and work well. For the money, it is worth it. They just need to get their scooters' brakes double checked before sending them out.

I’ve been riding the CUNFON RZ800 for a while now, and honestly, it’s been a pretty awesome experience. I wasn’t sure what to expect at first since the brand isn’t super well-known, but I was pleasantly surprised by how much power this thing packs.I’d say the RZ800 is a beast for the price. It’s fast, has good range, feels sturdy, and rides really well. If you’re looking for a powerful scooter that won’t destroy your budget, it’s definitely worth checking out.

We purchased two scooters to complement a few other smaller scooters. These are great scooters. They are well built, fast, and I put 30 miles on each of them today (I’m 230 pounds) and only used 45% of the battery. The lighting is good. For those wondering why their side LED lights aren’t working, press the mode button three times fast to turn that feature on and off. The wheels are robust, and the suspension is fine. No issues with getting to speed. Overall, it’s a great purchase for the money spent. Also, for those complaining about the app, I found the app to be easy to 'add', easy to use, but it's not needed to use the scooter to its fullest. If you do want the app, and you're halfway familiar with how smart phones work, I can't see how you this would be an issue for you.

I've bought several electric scooters for my mobility needs, and this has been my favorite. I was actually introduced to it by another user, which helped to solidify my decision. I've had a few inexpensive ones, as well as the top model of Niu Brand Scooter, and hands down, the Cunfon is my favorite. The range is better, the weight capacity and handling are better, and the shocks make a huge difference. I'm not a small person, so having the added cushioning to the ride makes a massive difference. I have had some small mechanical issues with the battery going downhill, and a part breakage, one caused by going to fast down a hill which shorted the battery, and the other a break while moving the scooter up a flight of stairs. In both instances, I contacted the manufacturer, and got a prompt reply within 24 hours. Once my amazon order was confirmed, they were able to send me the replacement parts, as well as a needed tool to complete the repairs myself. Easiest manufacturer interaction I've ever had, and it didn't cost anything because of the warranty coverage.

The scooters it self is great, I live close to work so this saves me on gas $, but bcz of the product coming from across seas it’s hard to get in touch with them, I had a flat and I needed it change, they send me a video link for YouTube and told me that I had to buy the tire and had to do the change myself (all this under warranty 🙄) I had to wait until the next day for any response, it took 3 days and then AFTER I buy the tire that they send me a tire apologizing for the inconvenience.

Picked up 3 of these and must say, they’re great! They appear to be built tough, are super quick and the tech built in is simple to use.One scooter had a small defect upon opening but all it took was a simple message to Confun customer service and they called/shipped me a replacement part the next day along with video instructions on how to replace.I’m highly impressed with the range on the battery life, the speed and capabilities. Definitely recommend!!!!!
