This is the third cover for my very expensive toy.This one did not mar the face of my phone with dirt and debree with inside holder flaps for credit cards that I truly believe de magnetized my debit cards and put way too much pressure on the front glass .. but I have no proof..This one did not leave a big rectangular hole in the front that left no protection from my pocket sweat and lint what so ever and was not made from some cheep, artificial, leather..( more like rat skins), that some manufacturers offer. You know the ones,.. the covers that start to fray at the edges like a five dollar wallet.It was from Samsung, so it knew what was needed to replace the back of my phone with something that would not block buttons and such and it did not,... yes you have to do a bit of balancing when holding the lid and taking a photo, but at least you don't have to worry that when you are leaning over a fraking cliff taking that ultimate photo, your phone wont just jut out of the cover and smash into a thousand pieces below.Kick stand for videos..no such thing... rofl.. Just go home and watch Netflix on you 55 inch and call it a day!It replaced the back of the phone, so that made it thinner and sleeker.The rectangle hole in the front is covered by a view window. It allows access to important data which you can access without opening the cover, BECAUSE IT HAS A FILM THAT PROTECTS THE UN PROTECTED FRONT OF THE PHONE !! Is a very important feature.It activates the wake and sleep functions of the phone when its opened and closed... It wont just turn off and turn on and off when you are not looking.It wont protect your phone if you get sloppy and drop it tho.... oh well.. get a otter box then...lolBut its a sleek and modern cover that will protect the inside front with a soft layer of felt that if you keep clean, it will actually keep some of the dirty, greasy hand smudges off. I like the front of my phone pristine at all times, so wiping off the felt with a dark color lightly damp cloth does very well.

I've been eyeing this case since my mother got hers for her new Samsung Galaxy S5, so I decided to try it for my Galaxy Mega. I'm one of those who tend to wrap their phones in layers of protection, so this makes me a little nervous. But it's so sleek and elegant, and the front cover seems like solid protection for the screen, that I love using this case for work and for general use. I do switch to a double-layered case and holster when I want to go around hands-free. Thankfully, the back cover removes and installs easily on the Mega.What makes this sleek is that the back part of the case replaces the back cover of the phone. As mentioned above, the back cover is easy to take off and put on, so I've been able to switch to another case when I need to. I do love the smooth, brushed-white metal texture of the front and the peek-through window, and the smooth white back cover that seems like an actual part of the phone (it's made by Samsung so this was designed that way). I also love that I can see the time and date for a few seconds if I open and close the cover. The cover works perfectly in waking up the phone when I flip it open. Another detail is the soft, almost suede-like feel of the inner material of the front cover. I bought screen protectors but now I think I might not need them since the cover does such a great job protecting the screen when in and out of my purse.All in all I'm thrilled with the way this case looks and works. It just adds that much more pleasure to using my phone.

I does not fit!

I bought this to replace one of the made in China, pleather, fold cases that hold credit cards. This is a much simpler case to deal with. The back of your phone is removed, and this clicks into place. The little window displays the time and such as depicted in the photo. This is a nice feature when you are trying to figure out what the tone or vibration was without having to unlock the phone. I've had it for a few months and it look new-versus the pleather ones that started falling apart quickly. For the cost of 5 George Washingtons plus 5 more Georges for shipping, I am happy with it.

The cover I great I thought I would be really flimsy but over all its a great cover.

A superior case, and I may buy another as a backup! Really revived my phones appearance, people ask about it. The covers texture has a great feel and looks extra classy. Well constructed.
