LINENSPA 10 Inch Latex Hybrid Mattress - Supportive - Responsive Feel - Medium Firm - Temperature Neutral - Full

I am less than a week into using my new mattress, and must say that so far so good! I must preface this review that I suffer from severe fibromyalgia and thoracic spinal issues (not a normal condition), so having the right mattress is critical to my health and well-being. Prior to purchasing this mattress, I had a Spring Air Divine mattress, and without fail, I tossed and turned every night; had broken sleep; woke up in excruciating and paralyzing pain ... just a nasty never ending cycle of absolute misery.I invested numerous hours of research prior to purchasing this mattress, and did lots of searches for "the best mattress for XXX" Every search resulted in LinenSpa and/or hybrid latex mattresses appearing at the top of the results. I read numerous reviews and advice articles from independent sites, and was finally comfortable enough to make the investment and purchase the mattress. Of course, after clicking that purchase button, I got a bit nervous and was hoping for the best!I also purchased a  Zinus Quick Snap TM 18 Inch Platform Bed Frame/Mattress Foundation/with Less than 3 Inch Spacing/Wooden Slat Support/no Bolts or Nuts, Easy Assembly, King  since this mattress is said to perform better without a box spring.-- The 1st night I slept on the mattress using my existing box springs (since the Zinus had not yet arrived) - I definitely got a good night's rest and work with very minimal back pain.-- The 2nd night I slept on it with the Zinus frame, and there was a HUGE difference in the results. I slept soundly, woke up moderately refreshed, and best of all, ZERO back pain!Each night/morning wake has gotten progressively better, so I am very optimistic that this mattress is essentially saving my life! I even noticed that I no longer sleep "hot" nor wake with being overly warm ... which is a great benefit (ie, no broken sleep!). Apparently latex and/or hybrid latex mattresses balance/breathe better to not retain heat while sleeping ... I can attest this mattress definitely does this!I also need to note that I am currently not using any mattress pad on the mattress since I wanted to test it our as-is before making any adjustments for comfort. At this point, I don't think I will need to add any additional padding ... but only time will tell.And, for the skeptics out there ... please note that I am submitting this review on my own initiative WITHOUT any compensation or other considerations from Amazon, LinenSpa and/or Zinus.

This is a very nice bed! I'm 6'1" 230lbs and feel like I'm floating. Easy enough to get out of the bag and "inflate"Will update review as time goes on5 months later: mattress still going strong

I don't usually write reviews but I thought this one was important. I got to the point where I just had to replace my pillow top mattress with memory foam...so, so hot! With hormones and hot flashes, I was not sleeping in the summer and knew I needed a different one this year. My budget is tight right now so, after many hours of research, I thought this was my best option. I figured if I hated it, then I only spent $238 and would be able to replace it soon.I've only had it a week so I might post an update later, but so far so good. This mattress does not retain heat. I repeat, this mattress DOES NOT retain heat. Before it arrived I was maybe sleeping two hours at a time, but was usually awake every hour. Since this mattress arrived, I've been getting 4 hour blocks of sleep and I feel so much better! The only problem I am having is that it is a bit firm. I am a side sleeper and could use something a bit softer. However, because it stays cool, I am sleeping better than I was before. I can deal with a little back pain for a while; I cannot go another summer without sleeping. If you're on a budget and need to have cooler nights, this might be the mattress for you.UPDATE: August 23, 2018. This has been the best purchase I've made in a very long time. I am sleeping anywhere from 4 - 7 hours at a time and I rarely wake up warm. I'm finding I would still prefer a softer mattress as there is a bit of pressure at my shoulders and hips, but that discomfort is minimal compared to a regular memory foam mattress and the heat it generates. I feel better because I am sleeping better and you just can't beat that. Definitely a smart purchase if you're on a budget.

This is my third LinenSpa mattress I've purchased. The first two were for a day bed and trundle, and this one was for use on my new platform frame. I previously purchased 6" and 8" mattresses, so this one was another step up, but figured it would be worth it because the other two are holding up so well.The platform frame I purchased had reviews saying that you could feel the support bar running down the middle while laying on the bed, and when I put the frame together I could see how that would be true, and made a mental note to eventually get something to go between the frame and this mattress. However, I have felt nothing but amazingness sleeping on this mattress so far.If you haven't purchased a mattress online before, it's a fun experience. It arrives wrapped in a few layers of shrink wrap type coating, rolled in a tube shape, and packed in a box. Cut the plastic, the mattress unrolls and starts filling with air, and "in 24 hours" it's ready to use. I used mine more like 6 or 8 hours later. (Hey, I just moved, this was THE BED now, it's that or the couch.) The mattress was already fully... Inflated?... And was soooo comfy. It's more on the firm side than squishy, but has a plush feel with the memory foam, and the cover they use on top keeps these mattresses from feeling too warm.I've been sleeping on this bed for almost a month, and have been, and still am, recommending these mattresses to anyone that tells me they need one.

My daughter had been complaining about her back hurting and not sleeping well through the night. My husband and visited a mattress store and we were shocked to see how expensive it can be. My husband went online and came across this mattress. He read all of the reviews and decided to take a chance and made the purchase. First night she woke up a few times; however, she now sleeps throughout the night and has not complained of any back problems.

También mantiene la temperatura neutral, lo cual es notorio si sueles despertar por acaloramiento; no es que se mantenga frío, es que en todo caso solo se entibiará.El colchón llega enrollado al vacío, por lo que es apropiado preparar la base que se usará antes de desempacar el colchón. Aunque una sola persona puede cargarlo y desempacarlo, es bastante pesado. Una vez que se abre el empaque del colchón, solo hay que desenrollarlo, colocarlo sobre la base y esperar algunas horas para que se vaya expandiendo antes de acostarse (recomiendan al menos 24 horas, aunque es posible acostarse antes).

UPDATE: AS HOT AS MEMORY FOAM.Even with wool topper laid for summer-cool breathability, cool bamboo sheets, and even ice packs to pre-cool the mattress, this thing is BAKING HOT by morning. By 3-4am, I'm shifting constantly looking for a cool spot esp. for shoulders and hips. Wool topper keeps unused areas cool, but it doesn't last, esp. on a twin bed.Even tried flip-side of mattress thinking coil springs without foam might be better. But flip-side is only poly/plastic material, no tencel. Doesn't breath. Mattress not really reversible but I figure it couldn't be any worse. One night. Still hot by morning.There should be consumer/medical studies done to test hot mattresses for risks of vascular damage.Also 3wks later and presumably fully expanded, mattress still has dome-like top surface. Foam bows from high and thick in center to thin at edges. Until your body starts settling on the mattress you feel like you're about to roll off any minute.Cheap price but utter waste of money.*****************INITIAL REVIEW:Don't know what "temperature neutral" is supposed to mean but it doesn't mean a cool mattress.It's not as hot as memory foam but even with cool "Tencel" fabric this still gets quite warm by morning, warm enough that even after adding a 1" wool topper (laid with summer cool cotton up) and it's still warm-ish by morning where I sink most. Spring does recover quickly which helps you shift as you sleep but I'm still shifting a few times a night which doesn't make for the best sleep.On the plus side, looks well made (surface material and construction), expanded to full size quickly, and smell mostly gone after 48hrs (but does still have noticeable residual odor when sleeping on stomach).And it's cheap, not the cheapest, but comparatively cheap. It's also "cool-ER" than memory foam... but just barely.

Update: 2 years laterIt’s way too hot to sleep on and constantly waking up due to motion feel when my husband rolls over. We went back to king and got a better matress. This is still good for a couple years if you don’t want to spend thousands on a new matress.For a mattress I purchased online without trying first, I am very pleased to say the least. The mattress comes in a box and inflates on its own within a day. I didn't notice any weird odor, its incredibly soft yet firm. I have a neck injury and my back used to be always sore. With this mattress I don't have that problem. The only thing I noticed with this mattress if your partner is turning a lot during the night you will feel the weave of movement throughout the night. But, its not memory foam so I didn't expect it to be perfect in terms of sensing movement. All in all, I am happy with this purchase. Bought it when it was on sale for $300 for California king size. Best deal I could find for a decent mattress.

After quite a bit of research and considering my budget, I decided to go with the LINENSPA 10 Inch Latex Hybrid Mattress (double) Delivery was prompt and the initial smell of the mattress dissipated after a couple of weeks. Now, 5 months later, I am writing this review, after I am unable to contact the manufacturer directly, as I have been rather disappointed in the quality of the mattress. After 3 months of daily use, the mattress began sagging. Ever since, the sagging has been getting worse. I sleep on my belly most of the time and this has essentially become an impossible thing to do, as I will wake up in the morning in middle in the night with neck and lower back pain. I have been trying to sleep with a pillow underneath my pelvis to counter overbending f my back due to the sagging, however, not very successfully. Now, I am looking for a new mattress, as I am at my wits end and seeing my neck and lumbar issues worsen by the day. Considering that the mattress kept its shape for only three months is somewhat unacceptable to me and I am disappointed given that I thought I was buying a good mid-quality mattress that would provde me with comfort for at least a couple of years. I can see how less frequent use, if used as a guest bed for example, might not cause any sagging issues. For daily use, however, doesn't seem to hold up.

Dudaba mucho al realizar la compra, sin embargo, tras un par de meses de uso sigo sintiendo la gran comodidad y al ser híbrido pues te brinda esa suavidad del colchón común de resortes, únicamente cuando hace calor lo mejor es usar sábanas frescas pues sí se siente algo caliente.
