I bought this gel specifically to do refills on my nails because I read that it is quite thick and not runny. I have to say it is great, it does not leak and is really easy to apply as a filler. It is a bit trickier to use on the whole nail, but the colour is lovely, it is easy to shape, and the durability is excellent. It has a nice self-leveling texture, cures evenly under LED light, and has no strong smell. Overall, it’s very effective for what I need. The price is convenient too. Definitely happy with this purchase.

It's a thick sticky substance that takes a little bit of getting used to but once you figure out how to push it and manipulate it, then your good to go. I am using it to do my own in fills as I can't afford to go to the nail shop at the moment. It works great to fill the gap. After curing it still feels slightly tacky which is normal, you just wipe the top off with some slip solution and bingo it's hard. It's better to do several thin coats than one thick one as I discovered but it doesn't take long. I filed mine down after with an electric nail file to get them as smooth as possible and painted them. So far I'm very impressed, and for £6 it's a huge saving on what I pay at the nail shop. There's loads in the bottle so should last a while. I recommend this if you're on a budget and trying to do your own nails.

Overall really enjoyed this product, I've nothing to compare it to as it’s my first time using builder gel. It took me a few attempts to get the hang of it, but once I figured it out application is quite easy. The consistency is quite gloopy so I opted for several thin layers, curing between each layer. After curing I did notice some shrinkage at the tips so had to go back for a final coat to make sure my tips were completely covered. Wiped with acetone and a lint free wipe but the finish was still really sticky, finished with a gel topcoat to get the desired result. Including prep time I spent a leisurely 3 hours completing both hands, I expect now I know what to do it will take half the time next time. The picture is exactly one week since application, no major chips, no peeling and no sign of the coming off anytime soon. I’d definitely give it a go if you’re considering it, much cheaper option than a nail bar and I don’t think it looks too bad for a first attempt.

Great self levelling. Amazing colour, it’s my absolute favourite colour to use! Fully cures and is super easy to work with. You also get a very reasonable amount of product for the price.

Overall, I’m really pleased with this BIAB nail polish. The colour is beautiful, and it applies smoothly with a lovely, salon-quality finish. It feels strong and looks great for everyday wear. It lasted well for about two weeks, which is good, but I did start to notice some chipping and a bit of lifting after that point. I was hoping it might last slightly longer without any wear. That said, it’s still a great product and looks amazing while it lasts. With a bit more durability, it would be perfect—still definitely worth trying!

I'm giving it 5 stars because the color is really beautiful, and once it sets, the polish becomes very hard but still quite thick. For those who know how to work with materials like this and are used to them, it's probably easier, but since I do my own manicures, I find it pretty difficult to work with this kind of texture. I think this would be suitable for manicurists or those who have been doing manicures for a long time and know how to work with this kind of texture.

I've been using another brand of builder gel for ages, but recently it's been chipping/cracking/peeling within a week, so bought this one to try instead, and I'm impressed! As some other reviews say, the consistency is quite thick, so I applied it in thin layers. It goes on really well and settles really evenly and smooth. I've had it on for well over a week now, and it looks the same as it did when I applied it. I wish I'd tried this sooner, and I'll definitely be using this one from now on.

do not use it has sent me out in hives twice only used twice, i now have peeling skin all over my fingers, i cant find any ingredients but im pretty sure it has hemma in which is bad for nails. i am in alot of pain because of this product.

I tried this two ways. One: preparation of nails is a must, applied really thin coats, and removed extra polish from skin. Came out very nice and stayed without chipping for over a week and half. I removed them because I wanted another color or I would have kept them for 4-5 days longer. Two: second time I did them I didn’t do preparation of nails, I just put color on not thin but like I would a regular polish, didn’t have time to do clean up around the skin but didn’t look bad. It cured well but lasted 4-5 days I started seeing chipping and some bumps on the nails. So that being said if I take my time on these nails with this product it can last awhile as professional nails salons will do them. I will definitely be buying more colors of this brand. The only one complaint I have is the colors. Most colors don’t match the description, I look for a grey but then I see a dark maroon. I still like the colors but annoyed that I don’t get exactly what the description states. Also, all my colors after opening them are smooth and not chunky. Oh also they are much easier to remove then nail salons in my opinion. No harsh side affects after removing my gel nails.

The polishes are good quality and true to the colors shown, but the absence of a color swatch on the top of each bottle – or even just a number-keyed color chart – is inexplicable and inexcusable. You can't simply look down at the set and choose a color – you have to lift each bottle and peer through a tiny stencil cutout to try to discern the color … which you can't do. You really have to open each bottle to see the color. I ended up printing the colors from the image in the Amazon store and gluing it to the inside of the lid. I printed a second copy of the image and used a hole punch to punch out a disc of each color, which I then tediously glued to the top of each bottle. There's no reason the manufacturer couldn't do this, making the disc the entire diameter of the bottle top instead of my dinky 3-hole punch size. Also, I noticed a lot of contradictory answers in the Q&A, so, for the record, as of Oct. 28, 2021, the following is true: • A base coat and top coat are NOT included. • The bottles are not full-size bottles. They're generous-sample-sized. Still, quite a good deal price-wise. • There is NO color guide included, nor are the bottles topped with a color swatch. You have to make your own, as described above. • The main image shows what appears to be 72 color swatches. This is misleading and does not represent what is attainable with this product alone. It is meant to show how the colors will look when topped with a glossy or matte topcoat, but since this kit does not include any topcoats – glossy or matte – "you can't get there from here." The photo at least needs an explanatory caption. You get 36 polishes. They have a glossy finish. That is all.

I recently became interested in doing my own nails, specifically with gel polish. After finding out that a full bottle of gel polish is $12+ I decided to see check amazon to see if I can get a better deal. After searching, I found this. The bottles are not very big but there are a lot of them. For me, it is perfect because I get to try lots of gel polish colors and then purchase the full-size bottles of the colors I like. For this reason, I think it is a good bang for your buck. I have used several colors already and I have to say the pigment is phenomenal. It is very bright and rich. For certain colors, I felt like I didn't even need two coats because the color was so rich. However, I did find some issues with the polish. I bought this gel polish with the intention that I would not have to repaint my nails as often (ideally a week and a half to two weeks). When I used this gel polish, I would have to repaint my nails every week because there was lifting near the edges and/or near the cuticles. As I mentioned, I am new to using gel polish so I'm not sure if this is an error on my end when applying the polish or if it is the polish itself. Overall, I would recommend this polish because the color is great and there are lots of options.

You definitely get a lot for the price. Colors aren’t labeled super clearly it can take some time to find a specific color but that is pretty typical with most gel colors in the opaque bottle, I just made myself a little swatch set on the lid of the box to make it easier. I will say the dark colors and the glitters perform great, some of the lighter/neon-ish colors can apply kind of thick which can cause the paint to ripple slightly under the uv lamp, specifically the orange shade “harvest season” and light pink shade “Rosa bonica” both are pictured. (there might be a trick for this, idk I’m not a professional haha) They lasted about a week and a half without any chipping at all, and passed the “Arizona hike” test without any bad chipping or peeling. Most colors need 2-3 coats for complete opaqueness. This set DOES NOT COME WITH ANY TOP OR BASE COAT. And they won’t last nearly as long without it. I would suggest buying at least a top coat if you want them to last for more than a week. Other than that they really are pretty nice :)
