I finally caught it!
The product came super quick, it took some time to adjust the screw so that it would function to the point of catching a mouse. till that point I had a well feed mouse. I found once it caught the mouse it wouldn't auto reset. But in all fairness It was one smart mouse having already licked snap traps clean without setting it off and used a victor metal multi catch trap as a feeding station. I'm hoping it was the last mouse in the house.

Be prepared to modified this trap.
The traps magnet is too strong to allow a mouse to tip the walk plank. There is no adjustment room for the magnet screw. I had to drill and countersink the hole for the screw to be able to be far enough away from the magnet. Otherwise the mice just go out on the plank and eat peanut butter. Also a mouse spun off one of the nuts that hold the rod in place. Never found the but. Lock tight would have helped in this case.

Good seller, but product did not live up to ...
Used the device as instructed. Not a single rodent caught in a span of 3 weeks. Switched to a conventional mouse trap and caught one after 1 night. Good seller, but product did not live up to the hype.
