Still looks great!
We have used this for three years now with a high pressure shower valve. Still works smoothly. I was worried about hard water build up, but it wipes right off. We just bought a second one for a new build. Plumber installed it, but had no complaints about install.

Delta Quality
This is a very nice looking shower valve hand trim kit. We had an old valve body that was limed up and allowed no flow from valve body to tub spout. I purchased this along with a replacement valve body, a plumber was going to do the valve body replacement and leave me with a bathroom tile remodeling job.I'll share this tip with anyone who might care, white vinegar is your friend. I got cold feet, and before turning the plumber loose I decided to try to open up the old valve. I removed the tub spout and shower head, plugged the tub spout with a rubber stopper, and filled the shower line, valve body and cartride with white vinegar using a vinyl tube and funnel. I let this sit for about 5 days, removed the stopper, and now the valve body works like new. This was a LOT cheaper and easier than the plumbing and remodeling jobs I was looking at.I used ordinary white vinegar, the kind with nutrition information that you can use to make salad dressing. I didn't fool around with cleaning vinegar or anything stronger that might risk damaging plastic and/or rubber parts.

Pricey for what you get. It is not the whole faucet. Just trim and handle.
Our old shower faucets looks just like this. Could not find a replacement though it is so old. I am so happy I found this. It worked great. Easy to install. Just know that this is just the trim and not the whole faucet. It is just the handle, bell, and plate. That was all I needed. I thought it was a bit pricey for just the trim though. I would say not good value but I didn't have much choice. I happy with purchase. I knew what I was getting.

Was not new
There was an option to buy a used good as new and I decided to go with new because it's plumbing and I didn't want any missing pieces. Pretty sure I still got the used one because there's old plumbing parts left in the box and I'm almost certain pieces are missing. And even so there's pieces out of the bags and dusty.UPDATEDelta customer service was amazing. They're sending me out the missing piece. No charge. Thank you!
