In real life the after looks more strawberry blonde (colour was Sweet Honey).Easy enough to use, I used two packs on my hair (about 3 inches below the collarbone and fairly thick) and there was plenty - I think one pack would have comfortably done 3/4 of my head.As it doesn't contain bleach or ammonia, the smell is not unpleasant. It says it is a conditioning colour - my hair doesn't feel in any better condition than before, but also doesn't feel dry or damaged.

Hairdresser on TV recommended this product for amateurs to cover their roots during lockdown as it is semi permanent & is kind to hair. Thought I’d have a go & was very pleased I did. It has covered majority of my grey roots, my hairs feels & smells really lovely. Having never done this before I did miss a few bits but will get them all next time I do it. I may even use this product to let my hair grow out & see if I like my own hair colour now, not seen it for years. With the product being semi permanent it’s much better for an amateur, any mistakes will eventually be washed away.

Washes out really quickly.

Since lockdown I have been dyeing my own hair for the first time in forty years. I usually have semi permanent at hairdresser so bought L’Oréal semi. The first colour I tried was 1010 and a bit light and a bit grey. This one suits me. I’m naturally almost white and this gives a nice warm blonde. I do roots every four weeks then comb through to ends for last ten minutes as my hairdresser used to do.

This is a really good product. The instructions are excellent and very easy to follow. It is very easy to apply and I highly recommend it to anyone whose hair is in need of a revamp. The conditioner supplied is fabulous.

I absolutely love this product. I am heartbroken when Amazon runs out of stock. Buy six at a time. It is exactly the colour I want and leaves hair silky and smooth. PLEASE never discontinue this shade.

Please don’t be fooled by all the 5-star reviews and pictures. Avoid!I have dark blonde hair and was excited that this would wash out after so many washes. Smothered my hair in it, waited the time, washed/conditioned it and nothing. I’m still shocked! Came downstairs and no one could the see difference either - I’m the exact same colour! Tried different lighting, mirrors etc and zilch! Don’t waste your money! Nothing like the model on the box!I suppose it’s best used for grey coverage which I don’t have but even if I did - I wouldn’t use this!
