Everything went together fine; parts don't fit together absolutely perfectly but it looks fine and you can't tell when it's all finished. The wood is decent enough and the result is pretty sturdy. I am using it as a well cover not a planter so be aware there is no bottom. A few pieces were mislabeled but everything was there. Instructions say to put the inside bottom 4 brace pieces on last but it was easier to put them on after the bottom section was put together, before putting the top on. In summary, I looked at several of these before I bought this one, and I am happy with it! :c)

This is an awesome little well. Surprisingly well made. Assembly is super easy. This just so happened to be the exact right size to fit on top of a small stone ring I had covering my well head. I simply pounded two wooden stakes into the ground inside the stone ring, then screwed the wishing well's wooden base into the stakes. The rest of the assembly was just as the instructions specified. We opted for three rings of wood instead of four since this was being mounted on top of the stone ring. Even without the stone ring, you could screw the base into stakes for added stability if you aren't filling the base with soil. Regardless... this is a great product and it made our well look like... well... a well! 😏

We just finished assembling this yesterday and it's cute. Easy to build and a good size. The wood isn't the best quality and it does discolor a lot. My hands were dirty after handling wood so I used gloves in kit. It did rain yesterday after assembly so will see if that continues. Otherwise we might need to give it a paint job with a finish.

I found it a bit difficult to put together, but I finally achieved it by myself. It is made of good quality and reasonable price and it looks great. Large enough to look realistic, and I am very happy with it.

Installed over a well head. Had to buy a pan and flexible planter so the well head isn’t covered in dirt, but it worked out perfectly with simple modifications. Looks wonderful and was pretty easy to assemble. Came with some extra screws and was packaged very well. Love it.

This planter is sturdy and looks great with flowers! We had to use artificial flowers otherwise the deer would be feasting on them.The flower pot we used fits right into the well and is the perfect height for the flowers.Not sure how it will hold up through the winter with the huge amounts of rain we get here, so I will be putting it under shelter during that time of the year.But at this point... it is excellent.

I don't have enough screws to finish putting the roof on. One of the screws was stripped. It's cute and easy to put together.

I am very happy with this purchase. The pieces of the well come very neatly packaged. I was surprised that the company provided gloves for assembly, but later on realized it's because the wood is carbonized. Because of that, it leaves a dark residue on your hands, thus why the company provides gloves. It also emits a smoky woody smell that might put some people off while assembling. Some wood was splintered, however you're not buying this for high quality wood.Assembly was fairly straight forward and took me about an hour. Some pieces do not come with pre-drilled holes but they provide self drilling screws. This might be an issue for some people. I wound up using a hand drill to put screws in, as one step has you assembling about 40 screws which would cramp up my hand.Instructions state that the wood should be sealed on a routine basis to prevent fading and weathering. I sealed using a clear wood sealer and it did not affect the look at all. The wood takes the seal very well.Overall it is a beautiful yard decoration for the price point. You probably won't get anything better than this without paying HUNDREDS of dollars. I'm already getting compliments on it and I haven't even put flowers in the middle.
