I needed to keep with myself to offer prayer if I am out and about. I would say that it is fine. Compass is not that great in a given direction. But it is a handy piece given current pandemic issue.

It is definitely not waterproof or water resistant.
I only purchased this as I read it had waterproof material or water resistant. Either way, it absorbs all the water and as much as possible. Unreal how much water it absorbed!
