Great candy with good ingredients and real ginger
Best pocket candy you can have to get a dose of ginger throughout the day. Nice for the gut, a bit spicy which is nice, everyone likes to have one when you pull it out of your pocket so you might as well get the 2 bags!

Worth the purchase
I bought these from a recommendation from my son. I think they’re a great value for the money. I think they’re super easy to use. The size is perfect for my purse. They’re a little bit spicy, but they seem to work really well.

Ginger delicious
I love the ginger chews for calming my stomach issues, small size for easy use , never get stale, ,inexpensive chewy texture , not too sweet, melt slowly in your mouth , low sugar content. I don’t have central A/C so I keep them in my fridge

this hard piece of candy and get the same quality as you can having it raw
This heard and strong really use nausea for me and it's good for you also ginseng has been used for long long time so that's the reason why I started using this and I got it at GNC the same stuff for 100% less. It's hard piece of candy value the money is 100% better than buying it at GNC so that's the reason why I bought it

Good product but overpriced
I hated to pay the price for these, around $15 for a pound. I'm pretty frugal and shop at dollar stores, so this is really expensive stuff to me. But after reading many reviews I came to the conclusion that this is the best product when considering all categories : quantity, quality and rating.I'm not disappointed in the product, just the price. It seems the whole country is just going for the big grab and inflating price to whatever the market will bear. Every business wants maximum profits and they all have their "justifications".But having gotten that little rant out of my system, I'll say that I like these double strength hard candies. They seem like a bit of a creeper to me. That is, they start out NOT tasting very gingery...but the longer you suck on it, the more the ginger taste comes through. By the end you've got a pretty good "tingle" going on. I think they actually do give the stomach a more settled feeling...unless that's just placebo. But even if is, it works for me.I wish they were just a little bigger so they'd last longer... they're only about the size of the nail of my ring finger and perhaps ¼" thick. I tend to eat two at a time.Being a lover of fiery hot sauces, I can take a lot of burn, so I will probably try the super strength next time (if I can justify the cost.)It's a good product...I recommend it to whoever doesn't think $15 for a pound of hard candy is a bit ridiculous.

Real Ginger Flavor
I remember having these when I was a child and traveling in Asia. They are not overly sweet like many candies in the USA. There is a distinct ginger flavor and they can be a bit on the spicy side. I do not like spicy foods at all but I can tolerate these. I have one if I'm having a stomach ache, ginger is a natural stomach remedy.

Original flavor is way better than extra-strength Gin-Gins in my book
The first bag of Gin-Gins I purchased was the original flavor. I loved them. I found them very gingery with sweet honey in a chewy small log. I decided to give extra strength a try. Big disappointment. The flavor seems to not be as intense as the original flavor. The candy looks very different. It is a round whitish disk that looks like a hard candy. It is not chewy, at least not at first. It tastes okay, but I find the original flavor to be vastly superior.
